I received a call on 1/15/2014 at 11:50am from a woman name Teri Jones from a unknown number and she never stated what company she was with. She stated she was attempting to contact me about a formal complaint filed against and that she needed to verify my address. She said I have a legal right to contact the plaintiff about the matter and gave me this number 866-750-7298 along with a reference number. She ended stating I have officially been notified. I called the number and a automated message says " Thank you for calling Coastal" they don't say anything else just Coastal and if I know my parties extension I could dial it or press 0 for the next person. I pressed 0 and a man answered and just said " Legal Dept Rob Gardner. I called the number back at night time and it was the voicemail for a lady. I'm like why would you call me to verify my address if you have information about me you should have my address. Right

I rec'd a call from a man who called himself Jerry Ross, Mr. Ross told me he was with Lenoir County Superior Court and he was coming to serve me with papers on a complaint against me.  He gave me a number that I needed to call (855-270-5543) to stop the process.  I called the Clerk's Office no one had heard of this person.  I then rec'd calls from two other people stating that I was going to be served papers to appear in court for these complaints.  Their names were Hannah Parks and Angela Morrison.   This is a SCAM don't give them any of your information.  Report them to the Federal Trade Commission!!

I received a call on 9/11/12 from an individual who identified himself as Kevin Sam who left a voice mail message on my phone.  He indicated that a formal complaint was filed against JM and that he wanted to verify the address because they were in the process of filing the paperwork for the complaint with the Washington County District Court.  He left the number to contact the plaintiff 855-209-0497 and a reference number of 244537MD.  He ended the message by saying that the person he was trying to reach JM has now officially been notified.
I called the number and it belongs to a company called Alliance Solutions

Received call on 09/11/12 at 10:29 a.m. at home phone # stating that a formal complaint had filed this morning at the Baltimore City Circuit Court for "several different matters".  Informed me that I could talk to the person/agency who filed the complaint against me and gave me a case # 244554MD.  This is definitely a scam call.
