kikki - i got the call as well. i have not idea what CMS is..

Recieved message from Brian Andrews saying I am included in a lawsuit against my husband.  He says we need to return his call back immediately because they will be taking action within the next 24-48 hours.  Not even sure what lawsuit he is refering to since this is the first we have heard of it and havent received any written notices.

Calls and berates my wife. But when i call and ask him what the issue is, he has no clue who i am.

Leaves a message that if you don't return the call today and settle this, they will come to your place of employment and arrest you.
