They called me today threatening criminal charges and serving me at my place of employment and shutting off all my bank accounts. I was hung up on once by a Terry. Spoke with a Lucas, sent me a fax stating I agree to pay them. No creditor name or anything . Payment demand for 07/31/2013.Did my research, all scammers and fraud complaints. Did not send money. Will be reporting to BBB .

They just call and want me to settle a debt before I have a judgement placed against me. I don't answer the calls if they will send me some kind of letter in the mail with an address I will send them a money order but they aren't getting my information. I just want them to stop calling me!

The pissed Marine is soooo right I have delt with these types of pos long ago and here they are again trying to collect a long ago settled debt. by useing veild threats and inuendo smattered with what little legal jargon they know some are really lawyers but they are the  bottom feeding ambulance chasing kind real scuzzbads from gutter town ;) tell them they are harrassing you do not give them an ounce of information not even your name ( make them tell you your name ;) since they called you and seem to know so much they can have your bank accounts frozen <---- Sarcasim...Great just tell me who I am and what my bank account # is and I'll get back to you in a day or so is what I told them ;) funny how they did not know my name or anything else about me. Yes, just today. I returned the call. I almost paid. Wow. Talked with "Lucas" for 1/2 hour....Got a fax from "anonymous" signed by a "Terry"!

I am so glad I looked this up. They called me, I never took out any loans. I almost paid them. They couldn't send me any emails. Wow.....thank you!!!!

Just received a call from this number stating that if I don't return the call by 5pm today and they will be escorted to my place of business to serve a warrant.  Has this ever been told to anyone>

These people are a fraud, relentless, and just stupid!  Bunch of losers trying to collect on DEAD debts, most have been resolved with the original creditors years ago..If you ever get a call from these people, just be rude as f*** to them, as they really are losers trying to scam on people and are what the credit and collections industry calls "Bottom Feeders".  Report them to your police department.  It's  FAKE!  And tell Mr. Sam Weinstein, the message that you probably got left, to call him...Tell him he can eat you and gladly say it with enthusiasm.  This attorney firm/ collection firm/ bunch of tools is a fraud scheme to harass people and try to get them to pay debts that are either years, and I mean, YEARS old, or have already been resolved.  And them their representatives (scumbags) want to advise me that the call is being recorded and I have a foul mouth, I mean REALLY?  Just tell them in your own words to F*** OFF!
Oh, I did find out that this number comes in from Washington DC area, and the number again is 855-209-6975 or 855-793-3214.  I'm having fun with them, I keep calling and calling them all kinds of fun words!  FUN!  What a bunch of scumbags! Don't give them ANY information and try and get a physical address out of them, good luck on that!

This is a common scam but there's little one can do about. BTW: The number calling you is probably *not* 800-209-6975 ? these scams often come from overseas and the number shown in Caller ID is faked.

I get calls from this number and the person gives different names each time a message is left. They do not state where they are calling from.  First the messages stated that there was a "docket" that could not be served and will now be sent to the courts, and a decision will be made on my case even if I am not present.  the caller never refers to me or anyone by name,. today's message was that there was paperwork on his desk that will affect my current banking situation if I did not reply to the message. this person gave the name as MR. WEINSTEIN--
