Im the one who originally dug up that info and posted it on a site somewhere. Chamarro had originally listed his email on Santafe Managements "webpage" as the creator and thats how the FB pages were found. A few years ago I spent a little too much time finding out as much as I could about all these calls and  spammed this site and others with all the info that I could find as well as report every single call that I received from them. My question to you is (if you see this), has anything happened with these three individuals? Im looking at all of my bookmarks that I saved as well as new ones that have come about since then and it seems that their practices started slowing down in 2011/2012 and have come to a stop. Did they finally get caught? Or has their reputation and info on sites like this pretty much hurt them in such a way that they can no longer do what they do?

I know all 3 of these guys. Dan Chamarro is the IT tech for Dan and Chris. Chris Collins also stores pounds of Marijuana in his basement. I only know this because I've been there. He gets the illegal drug shipped to his home from Colorado and has his hands in other illegal activities. All this in the presence of his children.
Same applies to Dan. However his is in the form of illegal prescription drugs. Most of which are stored at 790 Oxbow lane in lewiston NY.
CJC consulting is also a front for the illegal drug operations that all these people have been involved in. One day the authorities will take care of the illegal activities of their collection companies and drug operations.

Don't pay anything until you receive the company's license to collect in your state. Then you need to get names and an address of this company. Then research with the BBB. hope this helps.

Santa Fe Management is a DEBT collection compay out of New York, they are not an ADR company, there are other "sister" scamming companies associated with them, Titan, Orbit international, CjC  Consulting, Xerox Management. I have noticed when you google these words they are common words on the internet so they can Mask who they are. Chris Collins owns them and is a Crook and con artist. He will not claim he owns them he will have relatives names as owners so he looks as if he is not associated with them. I have contacted lawyers in Texas and they say do not talk to them they are illegally trying to scare you into paying a debt, Ace cash express, and most payday loan companies do not take people to court they sale the debt to get their money back and then the 3rd person debt collector trys any means to extort money from you. They are not licensed or even have a surety bond in Texas they can not LEGALLY collect money from you. DO NOT GIVE them your information they will take you to the CLEANERS!!! If you want to send little Chris Collins and email go to the website for CJC Consulting and his email is on there!!! Report this company to all attorney General offices the one in your state and in New York and also the FCC....They will be stopped eventually!!! And their little "Private Locating Service" That calls you originally with CONSEALED documentation to be delivered to your place of employment or home, is probably sitting in the same office as these CROOKS.

This lady named Allison Benette called from Santa fe management claim services 1-888-551-5849 , called my family and non-family memebers and  stated  I was committing fraud and a formal complaint has been issued against me and I'd be sent to court if I did not call them and threatened them as well .  Which it is illegal to give any 3rd party that kind of info and it is also illegal to threaten anyone for that matter . I've contacted state attorney generals office as well as the FBI fraud line , I've asked them to send me some thing in writting and still nothing .

Santa Fe Management - Jessie Jones (real name???) is also using phone number 888-551-5849.  Left a threatening message on my cell for a family member, threatened another family member when they answered and then got me at my work since the family number gave out my work line which is suppose to be private.  I informed them that I would be prosecuting them and turning them over the IG if they ever called my work number again and the call was being recorded, because in my line of work it might be!  By the way Information, thank you for that info.  I have never had any type of debt collection actions as I don't have credit cards and don't write bad checks, but it is good information to know and pass onto some people that I know that do have problems/issues.

Do not give your information over the phone, they will not serve you, they are threatening you to pay them money on an old loan or one that is out of date. They do not have the right license or bonds to even collect in states. They are violating every law in the book to try to scare you, dont fall for it. I feel bad for the people that fall for their tactics and were taken to the cleaners, they have other companies under their name and follow the same law breaking techniques.

Your debt was bought by them so your orignial debt was paid for by them at pennies on the dollar they are trying to collect and make money off that debt, there is no lawsuit from the original person, its theirs now!!

You need to rephase what you put about good luck with your credit, I have great credit a great job and I dont even have an account with this scum. I just have seen what it has done to people and I consider myself a consumer advocate, one who will let people know what is right and wrong with debt collecting. And you should also know there are laws that prevent scum like this company to even post on your credit report, they have to have their licenses and bonds in your state to even consider it, if they do post its illegal and you can have it removed. So before you go off on people Mr. Angry Caplocks get your facts straight and quit trying to ruin people because you bought into a shady company that is going to be shut down and hopefully you behind bars. These people are not criminals they needed help and got suckered into getting a payday loan and now they are being Harrassed for it.

Debt Collector
How to deal with collection calls:

1.) If you receive a call from a collection agency, DO NOT admit to owing the debt over the phone, as far as you are concerned it's only a voice over the phone and should be treated as such until you are certain (documentation) they are legitimate and following the law!

2.) You are protected by the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act), these laws are designed to protect you from scams, therefore you should exercise your rights.

3.) Ask the voice on the phone; their name, the full name of the business (ask them to spell it), their address, and a direct telephone where THEY can be reached, next, proceed below.

4.) Tell the alleged debt collector they have 5 days to send you a dunning letter (also known as a letter of collection)
through the mail, tell them you are counting the days and keeping a record of all communication to make sure they are complying with the federal law (FDCPA).

5.) If the debt collector refuses to give you any information that is a BIG RED FLAG. Do not give them any of your personal information, do not admit to owing any debt, and do not discuss anything over the phone.
File a complaint immediately with your state attorney general and the FTC.

6.) If and when you receive a letter of collection, you will send them a debt validation letter, certified, return receipt requested, it is extremely important that you send the debt validation request certified. You can obtain sample debt validation letters in the DIY section of this forum.

7.) It is VERY important that you respond and dispute a letter of collection within the 30 days of receipt, don't take any chances, send the debt validation letter immediately, make sure you date it and keep a copy. Again, keep a record of all communication a collection agency attempts to make with you.

Wow mister or who ever you are angry much. There is a difference in people collecting on a debt and threating people on a debt, this company threatens for collecting a debt. And thank God there are laws for consumers to protect themselves against people like you. Maybe if you followed the laws people wouldnt be ranting on how you lie and cheat them to collect on a debt. You obviously know that because you are getting sooo angry on a post. And yes there were post deleted because you can see that the post were deleted because people have responded to them and the post above them state it was deleted. THIS PAGE IS MONITORED EVERYDAY. NO POSTS HAVE BEEN DELETED. IT IS QUITE CLEAR THAT THIS IS A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY. IF THERE IS A DEBT TO COLLECT ON, THAT MEANS THAT SCUM BAGS ARE BORROWING MONEY AND NOT PAYING IT BACK. THESE PEOPLE MIGHT SCARE PEOPLE BUT WHO ARE THE REAL CRIMINALS? IF SOMEONE BORROWS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM YOU AND DODGES YOU, WOULD YOU BE UPSET? ITS NOT LIKE THEY CAN FORCE YOU TO PAY. IF YOU ARE REALLY THAT UPSET THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT YOUR DEBT THEN GO GET A JOB AND PAY IT AND YOU WILL BE LEFT ALONE, WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT? YOU SPEND MORE TIME ON HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SYSTEM BUT YOU ARE CURRENTLY BEATING IT, SO RIGHT ON THEN. DO WHAT YOU DO. GOODLUCK WITH YOUR LIFE, YOUR CREDIT, AND YOUR BUM LIKE CREDENTIALS.

It is not considered fraud when you have a debt....yes you can be sued for a debt but not fraud, you will not go to jail, only thing THIS company can do is use threats and harrass you. I hope people in return sue them for all the violations this place has!!!! Get your facts straight before you start using the word FRAUD....Fraud is when this bogas company takes peoples credit cards over the phone and lies and post for outragous amounts, that is fraud of a financial institution right there. I hope you get shut down with your scare tactics....research laws for debt collecting before harassing people its gonna bite you in your @ss in the end!!!

You obviously are with this company!!! There is a difference on collecting a debt and lying to people to get money for a debt. There are laws to follow when it comes to debt collecting, and you can easily be sued for what you are doing to people, you are the loser you have to scam and violate laws to obtain money from people. There is one way to call and work with someone about a debt in a civil manner and then there is this company calling and scaring the crap out of people about some fake lawsuit to get money from them. How bout you start with obtaining the right licenses and surety bonds to collect in states, then when you call and notify the person first you send them a letter with in 5 days of the debt, then you can also provide consumers your address to send letters of verification to. Not everyone this bogus collection agency is calling has a debt you also call on past debts that are out of statue of limitations and debts that are not even peoples. You are getting defensive because you are a collector and probably for this company, and people are now aware of what you are doing and it is beginning to piss you off, well join the club you are pissing the consumer off as well. We are not here to be harrassed for our debt and we are protected, even against you!!!!

have received calls from both Orbit International and Santa Fe management stating they are going to serve me at my place of business or at my residence, neither one have came through with that threat yet. Im in Texas they are in New York. They claim to be an ADR firm not a debt collector. I tried to clarify with them that they are indeed a debt collector because they bought the debt and are trying to collect on it. Said no we are not a debt collector but yes we did by the debt, well if you bought the debt then the original debt was paid off by you to the orignial owner of the debt there for they have been paid and they would not go after you in court for a debt that they recieved money on from another debt collector. They lie and I hope enough people fight and not not fall for their scam to get them shut down. Santa Fe Management number is 866-237-6570

basically the place you had the payday loan through sold the debt to these people, so they try to lie and cheat to get some sort of profit off of the loan they purchased, if you are in Texas ask them for there bond number if they dont have one which i know they dont they can not do anything to you for this. They can not collect, sue or even post to your credit. They will not serve you papers its scam they use this ADR firm as a scare tactic then you call the number they give you and they are basically the same person trying to collect for the "plantiff" THERE IS NO PLANTIFF they own the loan now ILLEGALLY trying to get you to pay them. IGNORE THEM IGNORE THEM IGNORE THEM do not fall for their tactics. It will hurt you in the end!!!! Request that they do not call you at your work, try to ask them for an address to mail a c&d letter too they will refuse to give you one everything they do is illegal, there is a lot of information about them on line and it is all negative!!!!

I just a call at work from a private number. He stated his name was Mike Cook with ADR and told me to call this number and give them my reference number.  He said that he called two weeks ago and that I did not resond and that if I do not respond this time he will send someone to serve me with some kind of papers or arrest me at my place of business or my residence for writing a hot check at a Pay Day Loan place.  I know I owe this money and I need to pay it back but I really don't want to deal with this individual or anyone from this ADR place. What should I do?
