ive been getting ths same calls from a nadia andrews,she called to tell me she had papers to serve me, i told her to serve me and i would bring to my  lawyer, she was rude and said why , no lawyer is needed just to call the number which turns out to be Huntington, they say I took out a loan in 2010, from a company I never heard of and they would accept a pymt plan. I spoke to my lawyer, who said it sounded like a scm and to let them serve papers,never give your info. for them. she still calls 3 times with blocked numbers. I was wondering have you been served? do they still call you? they even call my job !

I just received a call from this attorney office 855.806.6647 John Campbell that If i am not going to return his phone call, i can lose my license. That there's an allegation file to me that if i don't respond, the San Bernardino County is going to get me and they gave me a case #.  Is this a scam or what?.
I called and left a message because it was answering machine. But i didn't give them my whole name, because they got my last name incorrect but they got other information about me.

this "company" called my mother and told her they were going to put her in jail if she didnt pay 15,000 plus 10,000 in interest which was 25,000 upfront, and that she was going to lose her career license. The lady known as "Barbara" was EXTREMELY rude. She stated that she has been an attorney for 20 years, and that my mother had to listen to what she was saying. No "attorney" would speak the way this woman spoke, she spoke with no respect & insulted my mother & my father. She said if my mother did not pay this money, she'd either have to turn herself in, or the sheriff would come and pick her up from her job. And the money was from a student loan which she was unable to pay at the time. You cant go to jail for financial hardships!!! the number on our caller ID was a private number, and they also left a threatning voicemail. When we called back, we called 2 times, the first time was right after we got off the phone and the man answered who's name was "john" told us "Barbara" was in a meeting. We then called back another time, and it went straight to voicemail. The number she gave us was 855 806 6647. if it was an attorneys office, they WOULD have a answering system if no one was able to answer the phone. WHAT A SCAM !!!

My name is tanisha reid i recieved threating calls saying that they had a warrant out for my arrest. The wanna b investation unit called all my family 2675365730 my mom, gmom, sister. I got scared an called the 18552100475 # back an my dumb self gave them my debit card # an they took 103$ out of my account. I called an canceled but still something has to b done abt this. What do u do in this situation?

called looking for someone that does not live at my address...although I know who they are looking for. Shame it is crap..the people they seek need all the attention they can get...finacial troubles , legal problems, health issues etc... aint karma a bi***!

This is a scam, they have been calling me for week, saying i have charges and a claim against me. that he, Mike Maron, has verified my address and i have been warned that i have until he talk to to me personally to call 855-210-0475 mediation group.. I looked up this huntington and they have several numbers they are using. the number that comes up on caller id is a local number and belongs to a person. report them to FTC.gov and your local attorney generals office, my friend who is a cop says do not give them any information. if they were legit they would just serve you papers wouldn't call to warn you about it.

Received calls and voice mails  from 1855-210-0475. Voice mail was very rude in the voicemail and woman stated  to call the Mediation company at 1-855-210-0475, or they was going to go ahead and file the charges against me, very weird. I call the 855 number and India (foreign person) answered the phone stating his name was Steve Lucas, weird. Not quite sure whats going but sounds like some kind of scam to me.

Leaving messages for someone who does not live at my home.  Leaving very personal financial information and privacy issues are being violated.  855 210 0475.  I called them to let them know what they were doing and she was rude and hung up on me.

I recieved a phone message at my place of employment from this phone number 855.210.0475 from a Barb Fisher stating to me to give my address and place of employment so they could serve me and I called the number back its some Huntington company, its funny because I file bk. Wierd is this even legit? You cant even get in contact with them. What a joke.

I just received a message from Mike Marrit, he didnt' tell me the company or anything like that but Like Jessica he said that I needed to call and verify my address so I could be served but the calling area was a 281 number. If he has my number then he has my address, send me my papers. never heard of being told you will be served but hey can you verify something first....

I received a phone call from the number 801-436-3872. The lady identied herself as Nadia Andrews. She was very rude in the voicemail and stated that if I had to call the Mediation company at 1-855-210-0475 or else she she would continue with service of process at my home or place of employment. She stated that I had to call back and give my address. She also listed a case number and at the end stated that I had been officially notified. I called the 855 number and all it says is that I have reached Huntington and to enter my parties extension. I still have no idea as to what this is. The voicemail that I received never gave a company name and all the 855 number gived me is the name Huntington. Last week I had received this exact same message but the number I was given then was 855-282-0910.
