I just got the same call from this number today and spoke with a Ms. Rodgers and a Dean Jordan.  They stated that two different companies are filing a civil complaint against me for two payday loans taken back in March of this year.  They stated they were from a United Litigation.  Is this who contacted you.  I was advised to call this same number back and even a 412-458-3135 at ext 201 also with a docket number.   I'm not sure if this is ligit or not.

on 7/10  we received suspicious call from a "Karen Knight" who said she's a "locator" informing us that a family member is considered a "non compliant defendant" in a case docket number XXXXX (choose not to reveal) from the Courthouse and threatens to show up at this person's workplace the next day to get information they need.

Provided a number to call and it's bogus.

On 7/17 Received a call from the same "Karen Knight" Locator.  Restsated threats but this time the numbers to call are different.  

Called courthouse In Pittsburgh Allegheny Co. and there is absolutely no record of anything pertaining to the phone call.  No docket number exists.  They said that there is a lot of paperwork being pushed around long before there is a docket number.
