Got a call yesterday from a "James Clark" from this number.  I was not in the office.  The receptionist told him NOT to call here again.  I have gotten harassed for several years from the same man all he does is just use a different name/different number.  I am SO tired of this.  As far as this David person claiming they are collecting on the guidelines of the FDCPA- I can assure you that YOUR FIRM IS NOT FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES.  I have been told I am going to be arrested-"only god can help you now", "you are not above the law"- I have several messages that have been left by this man and if you would like I would be happy to have you listen to them.  I have already filed a police report, I have filed complaints with the FTC.  If I need to get the FBI involved I will.

Got several threatening phone calls from this number at home and at work. They gave my receptionist my SS#?? Scary?? Also got calls from 260-247-9094 same people different number.

"tom stevens" has called me 5 times this day. telling me to call back it is a "very time sensitive issue"  call back number is 646-652-0716.  I am NOT going to call and waste my time.

Received a threatening call from this number following a call from 919-912-799100 also bogus calls.

At exactly 10:00 a.m. this morning, the phone rang at work.  They had asked for me and the receptionist took a message.  It was a man going by the name of Tom Stevens.  He called from a local number here in my city....574-312-7014.  He said he was from CNA Legal firm.  Very thick accent and gave me the number to call back at 646-652-0716.  Also, it was a time sensitive matter.

Threatening me with jail calling my work number when I transferred them to my lawyer they hang up and call me every morning. They tell you they are investigating you and it is time sensitive. They use all kind of scam messages funny thing is when I answer they usually hang up it is when I don't answer they leave nasty messages and threats I have given them my lawyers name and number and they won't call him.

i too got a call from this number  this morning from a guy name kevin and also yesterday from a lady name kelly Smith  stating that i too owed on a loan from 07 and threathing me saying they r gonna take legal action.Both people that i recall they sounded (voices) as if they were from out of country.Does anyone know anyone that we could contact about this!!!

My cousin got threatning calls from this number. they was wanting to talt to my husband over a legal investigation. She wouldn't give them any info, so they told her she would be put in jail. i called the number this morning because they was harrassing her for our info. They wanted 2240.00 for a old 2007 loan and new my husbands ssn and bank info. the account is closed but it's scarey. They wanted me to pay or papers would be filed and he was going to be charged with bank fraud, checking fraud, and theft.i think he used the name dan collins or something like that.

I too got a call from 646-652-0716, he said his name was Tom Stevens from CNA Legal firm. But the number he called from was 937-401-3001 on caller id.Yes he sounded like he was in a room full of other people making phone calls and they sound like they are from India.

caller is tied to number 724-261-3047. stating that he is Don Rodgers. Representing Criminal Investigations. Getting through on Do Not Call list.  Be very wary of these call. Tried to call back the 646-652-0716 number just got dailed incorrectly.  the 724-261-3047 just rings busy.
