The so called person she called herslef Daine west. Called me several times saying when she going to be at my house. Never showed up. I just a call at home answered it and nobody there. I dont have caller id so I used *69 and this number came up 716-558-7548 I called it back and it was outsource legal dept.  I was able to find there address from another site on the web.  I sent them a reigsterd letter saying they need to prove what so called debt they have on me.

I got the same call- second call came from a pay phone- the number actually showed up. I'm going to contact my local police dept about this- I'm sick of people trying to scam me, since I work too damn hard for my money. Why can't people just catch a "f-ing" clue. They said they were going to serve me too...for what I don't know. When you get served typically they don't call to give you a Heads Up.

Even if they do I am not taking anything from them.  I will let you know if someone shows up.  This is freaking me out.

I received a call from these folks today stating I was going to be served by the end of the week- didn't say what it was for.

I just got the same call..I didnt answer, so the person named Alex left a message stating that he has been trying to contact me at home and at work, and would be in my area tomorrow. Please let me know if anyone shows up at your house, as this is ridiculous.

I got the same call.  First from someone saying they are trying to send me papers from this company.  They called again today to say someone is going to be here between 12-3 tommorrow and I need to provide my ID.  I think its best not to answer the door for I have no idea what this about.

I just got a call this morning from a Frank who said he had been trying to reach me at my home and my job but no one ever came to my house Said he would be in the area between 12-5 pm and to make myself available. I googled the number but can't find anything on it who are they no company name  or nothing . I have no money my house is in forclosure and I am about be be on the street soon What do the want

Hi was inquiring I just starting getting those calls did your husband ever get served if so what happened they say they'll be sending someone soon to serve me but like I can't think of what the heck for, I'm in the military I can't be bothered at all with this nonsense! Please if you could reply thanks they dont even say a company name just from the processes office

I just got a call from them as well and they stated they were looking for my husband and they are serving him papers on Friday and once they do that there is nothing that they can do after that. I called the number back and asked papers for what and they said some payday loan. We have never gotten any payday loans. We do not ever get into those
Also can they really come after you for a payday loan? I have never heard of that.

This number called my sister's house for me; why I do not know. They also gave her a file #. I am not able to find any info on this company.  Is this a scam?

This is a scam. Cancel what order? Summons to appear in court? Arrest order? He won't show up.

the person name was Daniel Jones said he had been trying to catch up with me and gave me a docket number and said to call the offcie if it is worked out let him know and he will cancel the order. Will be at my jon between 12-5pm
