They represented themselves as Serco and hijacked my resume the business was Gigats.... I have been laid off after 17 yrs of employment--- I have found some scams along the way this is one of them!!!!!

I received a call from a Karen Miller today 571-357-4883. Saying that she was a locator and she would find me to serve me papers. She claimed she is filing fraud charges against me for not paying a payday loan back. One I did not even take out. She called my work. I called this Metro company and they had the same story.  I am filing a harassment report with the sheriff's office here. I am annoyed and disturbed.  After reading that i am not the only one this is happening to, i am a little more comforted.

My father received a call today and then they called me and left a threatening message saying it is my one and only warning that they are coming after me with charges and I owe money. When they called my father back a second time today he told them that we already handed their info over to the local police and she (Lisa Simmons) said that it didnt matter, I would have to answer to her authorities for not calling her back...  I guess they dont understand that the police would the the authority in this situation... wow  (they also said they were coming to my house, but then followed it by saying they needed to verify my address...extremely intelligent people we are dealing with)
They said the company was Metro and gave a return call number of 855-213-5589, but they called from a cell phone number of 717-639-3037

Yep they just called me too say that I owed them $1250 from 2007.  Biggest scam ever!!!!! I am a "United States Marine Corps combat veteran," I told them and will be waiting by my front door for these bogus papers! If they call you just lagh at them and tell them to go to H#LL!

This number keeps calling for an employee and we would like it to stop!!! ASAP!!!! It is disturbing our work environment. This is a community college and we are extremely busy at this time.

This person called my house today and asked to speek to me My 15 year old Daughter answered the phone and he told her to give this number to me because he had an arrest warrent for me. If I did not call back he would be out tonight and arrest me .Needless to say it upset her to where she was crying and made her have a n anxity attack.Iwould love to meet him face to face like a man.

A man named Kevin continues to call my job stating I need to call 1-855-213-5589 with a claim# because charges have been filed against me.

Mchelle, have you heard back from the FTC? I answered the phone and tried to talk to them but they refuse to work with me and tell me what this debt is about. I have quite a few (divorces are a PITA) so I'm not sure who it is. They're calling my sister, brother-in-laws parents, my HR department, my boss...I've asked them to stop calling these other people and deal with me and was actually told they can continue to call and harass these people until I pay them and demand CC or bank info. They won't even give me an itemized bill of what I owe?! WOW. I know this is BS, but I can't get them to send me anything in writing regarding my debt...I'm at a loss...

THIS GUY NAMED BRYAN PETERS JUST CALLED MY JOB FROM #937-524-0190 AND said I need to call 855-213-5589 with a claim number before he comes to MY HOUSE and serve me papers. this is the same person that called my HR dept..and left the number 866-488-1219 with SAME CLAIM # the company IS METRO but they really don't exist. this is suppose to be about CHECK N GO personal loan. I was told it was illegal for them to call my job.

I just had a 1-888 number call me 4 times in a row before they finally left a message it was someone claiming to be a Mckenna Williams. She left a very rude message for my husband telling him charges have been filed final notice blah blah blah. And left the 1-855 # to call back. The number the calls came from where traced to Fullerton Parkway Towers in Chicago. Seriously wish they would stop harrasing my husband if there really were claims filed don't you think I would have gotten proof by now?

Have you ever received any information on who this company is? I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission using the phone number only, as that's the only information I have. My calls were from Nicole Reyes. They also contact my boss telling them they were going to file "charges" against me. Completely Bogus, not to mention illegal and in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

5 calls.  I have received my final notification. Jared Hill with Metro, he is a "personal locator" who will be coming to my house to serve me with a "summons."  He says, just wondering if you've called about your summons.  I said, "No, what do you want now?"  He says, "I'm on my way to your place."  At the end of all calls he says, "Consider this your final notification."  Freakin' morons.  I hope he shows up at my house.
