It's not MTS, it's a 3rd party company associated with MTS.  If you have contacted MTS within the last few days, this company will contact you for the purpose of doing a survey.  They will attempt to speak directly with you, and if they fail on 2 occasions, the 3rd will be a message indicating such.

Yes its a survey on MTS tech service by DYMEX  I told them did not want to participate but still calling

April 25, 2014  - Winnipeg - Received call from this number at 2:09pm. Don't believe it is MTS since past "customer service surveys" always showed it was MTS. If they say it is MTS report it to make sure. We were out and no message left. Never had this number call before. First one but had many 855 calls followed by  7 different  numbers. We have logged over 530 of what I call "crap" low life call numbers over the past 1 1/2 years. Each number different and cannot be stopped by MTS even
thought they boarder on harassment calls! The provider either cannot or will not put blocks on these numbers. They will sell  a call block feature and you will be so impressed, it can block up to 12 numbers. What a service - especially when you log over 500.

Received a call from this number this afternoon - same as other comments - no message, but listened to the entire voicemail message for it to register as a voicemail.  Makes sense that it's MTS as I had to call them last night about my cell service.  Regardless, I don't answer calls from 800, 888, etc numbers and have now blocked the caller.  If they want to survey me, they should have left a message saying so.

I have had 2 calls from this number this afternoon, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I wish they would stop calling.

It's from MTS - an automated call to ask how the service was.  

It's a MTS customer service automated call asking for customer feedback following a call that clients make to MTS for help with problem.  I have on occasion phoned the number back and you get an automated message at the end saying "no further action is required".  The problem was that they may call you again even though you think you're done.  I then spoke with a customer service rep who said he would put in a request to have these calls suppressed.  I'm hoping that's the end of it.

Yes, it is MTS.  Automatic follow-up on service after anybody talks to customer service or technical service on cell phone.  They are allowed 3 opportunities over 24 hours of your call to customer service or tech service to contact you.  After that, they cannot call again.  Whatever you do, do NOT call MTS to find out if it's them and why they call.  Do that, then it's another customer-initiated contact, and the auto follow-up calls to THAT call will start.  Just leave it.  They only get 3 tries in the 24 hour period.  It won't kill you, just ignore it.

In Winnipeg. Two calls on my cell in less than two hours. Didn't answer either of them and never will. So much for a do not call registry.

Got 3 phone calls from this number in a span of 7 hours just wondering if it is really mts calling for a survey?!? If so how can I block it if possible!!! Refuse to answer calls from numbers I don't know

had 2 calls on my cell with this 855 number. This is not the first time. Did not answer, boy they sure ring along time

If you have an iphone you can block the number in settings, phone, blocked.

Can MTS block this number for us.  Obviously an aggressive telemarketer - occasionally they "force conversations" by not leaving message -- they tell their sales team -- good sales people never leave message, you are too good for that and deserve to talk to the person.

They have called me 4 times today and left a 1 second, empty voicemail every time. Like another poster, I was waiting for an important call.

If it is MTS calling, I already answered their survey earlier today and yet this number still called me.

It is MTS and I called  225 5687 to ream them out for not identifying who they are. I was waiting for an emergency call from the hospital and just about broke my leg diving to the get the cell phone. I found out an hour later I missed the call from the doctor who also called at the same time as MTS. They do not have my permission to call for 'Surverys" . If I have any complaints i will call them directly. I have now blocked that number so they can't bother me.

Called twice today to my cell phone, do not answer calls I do not recognize.  I have talked to MTS before regarding service & have not received this call before.  So do not know why they'd be calling me this time.
