These people, who identified themselves as Legal Couriers, called my ex-husband and left a message on his answering machine.  My ex and I have been divorced over 30 years and I have been through two other husbands since.  They said they would come to my place of employment to serve papers.  I don't have a job.  The message ended saying that I needed to consider myself as "being served".  Interesting!  Sorry folks.  You can't do that by phone.  They violated several State and Federal laws based on the FDCPA with just that one phone call.  If anyone can come up with an address for them, I would appreciate it.

I have also received call from the same number...Mr Richards, called me several times and was going to come to my house and serve papers.  Oddly enough the initial calls were for someone else, when I didn't give him any info. on the person he was calling about he began harassing me.  If any one knows where this company is located I would love to get their address and stop by to introduce myself

the man on the other end of 1-855-216-4345 and 4346 identified himself as Tony Attia at ext 108.....and how he got my cell number I don't know. Also another man named Mr.Richards

This number 8552164346 is just another collection agency collecting for Sterling Jewelers who owns Kays, Beldon, Jarrod and Marks and Morgan.
