On 4/3/2013 these people called me about a payday loan that the company they represent said was deposited about 10/3/2011 in my bank account. That date is seven months after my bank account had been closed. When I called the bank, they had no information on my old account since it was more than two years since it was closed. So how did this firm "verify" with the bank that the money was received when there is no longer any info on that account. I had applied for a payday loan the end of 2010 but never got one. It's scary that a company will use info on an application to try to extort money from someone.
