Keeps calling asking for the wrong person. Told them three times they have the wrong number and they persist.

There was no information on the caller ID so I did not answer this call on my cell phone, but there was no message left either. I called the number back and received a recording that said it was Comcast with a special offer and asked me to hold for the next available representative. I was on hold for several minutes when the call was suddenly disconnected. No one answered my call and I was unable to speak to anyone.
