Got a call from a Rachel, I returned the call with a man saying she left but he can help. Asking about insurance and that I was approved. Asked questions that they should have known already. Never gave company name or his name. Very rude when answering my questions. Hung up on me after I said I have no meds.

Rachel called me too!  Approved for health care something but I didn't apply for anything.  To Kristen in CA:  I don't think it has anything to do with that.  Open enrollment for that begins 10/1/13 and carriers are not allowed to auto-enroll you.

I recevied a call from Rachel also today reguarding app for Health Ins and thinking it was real and I didn't remember calling I did call back, left a message.  I want to have this number blocked from my phone but I am not sure how to do that.  So I am reporting it.

Same thing robocall from 213-471-7004 telling me to call  855-227-9122 about my non existant application that had been approved.

Just got that call, I never applied.

The phone ID came up as (213) 471-7004 but Robo Rachel requested a call back to (855) 227-9122...so random!

Yes I also received an automated approval from Rachel at some Healthcare thing not sure as it wasn't clear. I didn't request it either. Is this really a scam or part of 'Obama' Care coming in January 2014?? Anyone know please post, thanks.

I got the same call from 'Rachel' as well.  What a scam!  I am adding them to my blocked calls list.

Rachel called me from this number to  tell me I was pre-approved for health care that I signed up for.  I did not sign up for anything so I called them.  They told me when they answered the phone that no I did not sign up for anything but I was pre approved anyway.  Here is the best part, they then asked me what state I was from and when I said NY, they said we don't insure people from that state and hung up, LOL  Must be a great place.

Same thing it seems. Rachel from US Healthcare returning a bogus call. The plan would cover doctor and dentist visits.

Got a call today. Entirely automated, from Rachel @ "US Healthcare." My application was approved even though I never applied. Bogus.

Also, the supposed company name when they called me was "US Healthcare."

I also received the same type of message.  I returned the call and told the man that answered I'd never applied for insurance but that I was sure they knew that.  I also told him that we were already on the "do not call list" but to be sure and remove us from their list; if they didn't, I would take action.  He transferred me to an automated message where you could supposedly be removed by entering your name and # which I did.  We'll see what happens.  I HATE THESE UNSOLICITED CALLS; especially these that act like you've contacted them---GURRR!!!

Rachel left a message on voice mail about request I made for an insurance quote.  I never requested an insurance quote.  Sounded like robo call.
