Received a call from Mr. Davis at work, he said he was from Kendall County Processing, wouldnt give me a phone number for him, but gave me a number for American Legal 855-229-1813, he said I would be served for check fraud. Since I didnt know anything about it he said I could call them, but dont wait because he would need to serve me at work, if they dont call him with a release number. This has happened to me before, I never responded and no one came to serve me either! I believe it is a scam.

today 3/6 thesame i received a call also that 2 company of loan ,check fraud  i own them , harrasing me, trying to get info so that they could serve if i dont have 2500 .iask what company, they cant tell me . i will know if i go to court . whatever. scam..
American Credit. miss Collins x178 , and onother guy he did not tell me his name, but mean you cant even say things, i hang up. if they serve me good at least i know who im paying for. ask what court do i go to they cant tell me, ask the company who complain they cant say it. all they want is want you to pay. i had a call before like this, nothing happen cause i said i have a lawyer to take care give or send me info to my address if you have it. dont give away info.unless they tell you what and who and if you know that company you own then call them and ask if your accnt is forward to them. if you own a lawn. is a knowledge what they want ... search and ask .

Oops meant American credit

I got a call from them came up as unknown when I called they said they've attempted for a while on contacting me and this is the frat of me hearing of the debt they're trying to collect when I asked of the information on the company etc... They wouldn't really go into detail and I asked if I could call the next day to look through my bills and he said no they're serving me with papers to my HR and he hung up on me. Is this really a scam ???

Same thing is happening to my daughter.  They have called me, her sister and my brother "trying to locate" her.  Today when speaking with Miss Bernice, at ext 400.  She said she will serve me on my daughters behalf between noon and 4 today.  I quickly reminded her she cannot legally serve me on her behalf and to provided written documentation to my daughter via certified or registered mail.  She then said they went to court this morning and the courts granted them permission to serve me on her behalf.  I then told her to please serve me, I look forward to it.  She then said "you want us to serve you at your place of employment?"  I told her yes, please do, I look forward to it.  

I've contacted the authorities and verified this is a scam.  I'm tempted to call Miss Bernice back and let her know all of her information has been turned over to the authorities.

Received a "restricted" call, let it go to voicemail. The phone number they provided was 8552291813 x162. The woman did not leave her name or where she was calling from. She then proceeded to say that they will confirm my location for my place of residence as well as my place of work so I can be served legal documents. Then she stated I have been warned! oooohhhhh..... Complete bs.
