Got a call from some person named Chris...and his last name was not clear at all.. I have not called them back and this has taken place before with someone calling to say they were going to serve me with papers... still waiting on that.

After I gave them my cell phone number and told them to not call my job again....I keep getting these harassing phone calls at work while I am trying to do my job. Call back for manager and was told I am the manager and there is no up line.

Got a call from this number saying they were calling from the summons department of the local courthouse. Another website indicated this number originated in India.

Be careful, dont give them any info, I recvd similar calls. Up to you, but I would not call them back. Look up All state litigation or All State Law firm..Did they threaten you with legal action, want to serve you papers?....I google on internet and it seems like some kind of scam to get people to pay them money..Good Luck

be careful scam
