Comcast turned off my "On Demnad" feature for no reason. I was paying for the feature buy they didn't have it turned on. Had it for 10 years but they turned it off. (The idiots) I called customer service and spoke to some guy that didn't speak Engrish that kept me on hold for over an hour to tell me that I didnt have "On Demand".

The rep said that a technician has to come out to the box and turn my on demand feature back on. OK So do it.  I dont need to be home - ok, so do it. I dont nee to be involved - so dit it already.

Now Comcast STILL hasnt turned on the On Demand feature THAT I AM PAYING FOR and keeps calling and hanging up.

It was Comcast. I scheduled an appointment yesterday 11/7 for a service technician as I have been having service issues for weeks. They are coming tomorrow (11/9). It was an automated system. It took about 5-10 seconds before it actually kicked in and you hear "Hello! this is comcast calling to confirm your scheduled service appointment. Press 1 to cancel your appointment if the problem has already corrected itself. Press 2 to confirm your appointment" Depending on the option, for me it was to confirm, so I pressed 2 and it just says something like thank you for confirming your appointment. Then it hangs up. this is exactly the same thing that happened last time I had a service appointment. The automated system called me the night before which I knew would happen as they did tell me it would happen when I made the appointment. So it is possible that at some time this number may have been hijacked and used for scamming. But as of today 11/8/13, I can't say that is the case.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM 855-235-9203  DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER BECAUSE I DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER.  IT WAS FROM MY INTERNET/CABLE TV PROVIDER - COMCAST.  I THINK THESE PHONE NUMBER ARE COMING FROM INDIA.  ALL THE PEOPLE THAT I CHATTED WITH ON LINE TO FIX MY CABLE PROBLEMS ARE NOT FROM THE US.  WHEN THEY CALL BACK TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS IT COMES FROM THIS NUMBER.
