I received a call from this number saying they going to file suite againt me for bad checks. I haven't written a check in yrs and the call gave me a name of Toni Baker. Who is she and what company she is with?

Once again these scam artists have used this cell # 8552396293. This number was used by a Timonthy Orhman back in August of 2011, when he used to steal, I mean work for BAMG: Brookshire Asset Mgm't Group ( Yeah right!!!) company doesn't even exist. Try calling the office # at 8777277360 all that you get is a recording and NO ONE ever calls you back. Timonthy was a trip trying to pose as a debt collector for a company called CASH JAR.

Today I called the above mentioned # and a guy answered and identified the companies name as American, when I asked for Timonthy Orhman he said he was busy and I neeeded to have a case # befoire I spoke to anyone.

The bottom line is this DO NOT fall for any of there crap as they are really all scam artists that want to get your debit card # to steal your money. Unlike the Indian scam artists they are still weasles
And make sure you get everything in writing through the mail.

These di**os tried to hit me on my active account this morning.  They claimed I had money deposited from  a loan agency to my metabank account, first instance where they f****d up.  Second, they never referred to me with my middle initial, which is present on all things having to do with my financial transactions.  The first f*** up they did was that for as long as I've had my metabank account, no loan service would touch them with 100 ft. poles, outside of their own inhouse loan department they used to have (because an internet banking service is not considered a REAL banking institution in America).  Bi*** tried to come at me like, "We can settle this out of court or I can send you a summons," and I'm all like, "send it, cause my statement just confirms that nobody deposited anything into that account for that amount, so you actually have no case to put through."  She tried to choke on her own niceness, seeing as how she'd been pulled into some b***s***.

Got a phone call from this number. Voicemail identified self as Amy Miller. This is a scam and illegal.

They called me and I made sweet love to the person on the other end.  They told me I owed money and my d*ck grew larger.  I had the best orgasm of my life with the phone sex they were offering.  I told them to call me back anytime.  They insisted with their dirty talk by calling me names (worthless, low life, loser).  It only made me harder.  I'm deeply anticipating their phone call again.  I just hope they use lube this time because I have hemorrhoids that would make Jesus cry.  But you know what they say, no pain no gain.  So, to all of those out there whose comments only consist of:  "Pay your bills", my message to you is, how would I not be able to enjoy this free phone sex?  Answer that Mr. Smarty Pants.  BTW, has anyone seen my di**o?  I swear, I wouldn't be able to find that thing even if it was up my a**.

I checked and Cash Jar DOESNT KNOW WHO THE HELL Tim Ormand even is! He wont even identify them as his client! What a coward! A REAL LEGIT collector doesnt use these tactics. This is a collection agency trying to get payment for people who oew money for a company called CASH JAR.

Just got a call from this guy Very rude and very hostile Gave no info who he worked for and just said he worked for a company by the name of Berkshre Asset???

Ive been hearing from this nut for over a month or two. calls my relatives also and threatens then and me with jail for passing bad checks over state lines - I DONT WRITE CHECKS so I know this is some scam! YES he is not like the middle easterners who rattle off the same ole script. this GUY enjoys this and I think he is dangerous. I truly believe he would show up and get physical. Youd figure that these scammers would move on to someone else once they realize the scam isnt working but NOOOO THIS A-_HOLe keeps it up. DID YOU GET ANYWHERE WITH THE POLICE? I have voicemails from him and would love to join the hunt. Im in PA. Where are you? what Police station - Im happy to call them and offer my info.

If you pay your debts, they go away .....just a thought.

I have received the same calls from this guy. He has called family members and neighbors. I have returned his call and he is extemely rude. When you try to get information from him on what the call pertains to he gets extemely hostile and does not give you accurate information. He is extremely threatening and highly unprofessional.
He won't tell who he is calling for or the amount that is requested. He gives you a ball park figure. When you question him he hangs up the phone on you.
He calls from both numbers: 716-418-7081 and 855-239-6293.
We requested in writing, and he was also vague on the information that he would send.
He gave a name of a bank which I had never dealt with and came up with figures that did not make any sense.
He needs to be stopped. He is harrassing and it is against the law.

THIS IS A SCAM - This Timothy Ormond at Berkshire Asset calls from a 716 cell phone and leaves the 8552396293 number as his callback number. He is NOT a legit collector or server or anything else! He has called my relatives also and we have been working with the police to find this dirtbag. One word of caution Id give you is that he isnt right in the head... Most scammers like this are middle eastern and not nearly as aggressive. This guy I think actually enjoys this. Wouldnt put it past him to take it too far and end up in a physical altercation with one of us.. PLEASE share as much information about the call you got as you can! did he give a name company name - who is he saying his client is? lets find them!

If this is a professional agency they should be more polite and not let others know others people business.   Customer service will be great and appreciated, leave a detail message so people could call you back or send them legal paperwork by mail.   Not that they only hang up or rudely talk to another party that does not know whats going on.
