They called and hung up. Did not leave a message.

i was subject to this a***ole to...man and i reported him to my bank and they are stopping all collections and when they  call all your family members they shouldn't even have access to that.a***oles

Keeps calling saying she is case investigator turner and leaves a ref#  saying she is filing paper work for a court hearing, i think its a  scam, possible identity fraud, something about complaints against my ss#

Hung up on my answering machine.

This lady called my ex employer saying that she works for the FBI . That if I don't answer her back in 24hrs, she was going to go ahead and process federal charges against me for a loan that I never applied for. This has happen before and they quit calling after I screamed at them over the phone for voilating my privacy by leaving messages at employer and  family, friends house. I do collections for a living and I know the rules and regulations to collections. You can't play mind games with me.

I received a call from a so call guy called Anthony Green (1-855-239-7157) today regarding my son.  He said there is a warrant for his arrestand wanted his phone number, which I didn't give him.  He is a  B,S.
scammer. He said he was from Milwaukee, Wi  calling from the police dept.  More B.S. I hope they this
scammer....

Thank you Rachel I did look into this company, they are going by Department of CMS and I wasnt able to find anything but the phone number is 1-855-239-7147 ext 421 and I also checked with the courts and no such cases filed or pending, and nothing pending in my county or civil for my name or social.

These people have called my parents, house and my mother and father in laws, they have stated the same thing however now they are saying they are with Dept of CMS, I have checked the local courts and I have no such case number who knows I guess I will wait and see if I get served something, I have no idea what it could be but we shall see I am not going to give anyone any money until I can see in writting that I owe something, and I am not just going to give money to someone that harrasses me or my family, I will contact legal help I know there is rules with collections and these people cannot do this.

Anthony Green as he calls himself is a scammer! He wouldn't even give my a company name and when I kept asking questions, he repeatedly hung up the phone on me.  Why isn't there a class action law suit against these people? What the are doing has to be illegal.

okay these people are not northern tier or crm, check services, check debt, etc.  They are an independent company using peoples online information to scare you into paying old debts, mostly cash advances. However, these people DO NOT COLLECT ON BEHALF OF A PAYDAY LOAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy asked my daughter if she was a suicidal bomber (not kidding) and said why are you calling at 10am, get a job loser! This was supposed to be a manager, all because she asked for the company name. Northern Tier say they have no knowledge of these people, phone number, or the docket number Ms. Turner provided on our voice mail! Be careful, these people really do have your SS#.

They keep calling and know my ss#, say they are going to have me arrested, and case#'s, violent threats! Its insane!

I just recieved another call from them today after 5 months of silence they tried used the same scare tacktet on me over the summer.

They try to bully an use fear to get you to send them money they are somehow linke to a database that has your creditor information, or maybe one of your friends or family members listed you as a reference.

At any rate I caught them up in their own lies I'm a 25 year legal professional and I use to be a Trial Paralegal.  When I looked at the case number they gave me it didn't make sense, so I took it a step further and checked the number against the Clerk of the Circuit Courts Docket AND AS I SUSPECTED THERE IS NO SUCH NUMBER!

Listen, anyone that calls you and tells you that a law suit or a case has been filed against you can be checked via the Clerk of the Circuit Court by phone or on your own by checking the Circuit Court Docket for your County or State.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME IF THEY KEEP HARRASSING YOU DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE AND REPORT THEM TO THE FBI.

They left a message on my voice mail.  This cannot be a professional office based on the manner in which they speak?!  This is the 2nd time they have called me about someone I do not know.  They say there is a claim on my social security number and that claims will be filed and I will receive a summons if I do not respond within 24 hours.  I may just wait and see what happens.

Keep calling my cell phone as well as my parents cell phone stating that there are four charges filed against my soc sec number.

Some lady called my job to inform me they were going to serve me with papers at work and gave me a docket number and a phone number where I could get more info.She said they were with ABC Process Survey. I had no idea who that was and Google search didn't bring it up at all. I called the number and the guy kept slurring what the name of his company was, and it sounded like "North Entrial Service" When I asked him repeatedly to spell it, he started putting me on hold. I hung up, tried again, and he said "Lets try this again. What is your docket number?" I replied that I wanted him to give me the correct information on his company, and he put me on hold again, and got back on, and asked if I was ready to cooperate. Needless to say, I refused to give him the docket number and told him if he didn't leave me alone, I would call the police. He started making fun of me and hung up.
