I got a phone call from a 240 number. They left a message stating for me to call them back on 855-467-2865. I didnt do it. So I waited till after 9:00pm to call back and the phone just rings. Has anyone else ever have this problem.

This man called my phone and told me that i owed $630 and that i had to pay i said i couldnt make that payment then said i would pay the best way i could then he said $700 or go to court or jail i told the man to give me the information and he said the only thing he told me was that i got the loan a few months ago after he said that i told him that wasnt true and he got mad and said my voice was hurting his ears and told me i was reading a script and hung up on me

I've been receiving calls from this number almost every day stating that I owe a loan on the amount of 300 dollars and that I was being sued because my account was NSF three times. Yes I've had a pay day loan in the past but the amount was paid in full. I call the company which is legit and the supervisor told me that they had no idea what the guy was talking about and that it was in deed a scam call. When I called the man back in which he said his name was David Jones and I told him that I reported him he asked about my job like he was going to call and he said that he would send officers to my home in 48hrs smh. Is there a website that we can report these frauds because the constant phone calls are a joke.

I just got a call from this number also. This time it's from a Indian accent person saying her name is Mrss. Taylor. Same information with a different name. I'm goin to do what was suggested in previous messages and call them claiming I want signed documents sent to me.!

I received the same type of call today. I asked for paperwork.they even called my supervisor. They got my info from somewhere but I don't owe anyone anything. Calling police tomorrow!

I just received the same exact calls and have several times from this number and the man's name is Michael Jones and said the same stuff he has said to all of you.  I told him I wanted the paper work and he said they've sent it via email.  I told him that email hasn't been active in a long time.  He stated that I would have to get my attorney to call and ask for the information that I couldn't ask for it myself.  IDK what the deal is but if anyone finds a way to get the calls to stop please let me know.

A GUY NAME REDFLAG KEEPS CALLING MY PHONE, SAYING IM GOING TO JAIL FOR UNPAID LOANS, AND THAT IM A BAD PERSON. SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!

We got a  call from this same number and when I pressed this man (Raymond) for the details he could not give me any concrete information. He said we owed 300 dollars for a payday loan we did last year, which we never did. He then said we had a lawsuit out against us. Him and I got into a yelling match he told me husband was a liar and that he must of destroyed all the mail that came from them. I called my bank and was told by my bank that this is a scam!!!!! Watch out for these a***oles!!!

Yes i have been getting calls for the past two day @ my job and to my cell phone I keep telling them to call me back. Same exact number but the guy keeps saying he is transferring me to his supervisior lol idk but im going to do that tell him to send me the paperwork. he even leaves a message on my vm when i don't answer and demanded me to answer on mon. ha the joke is on them.

Good job! You probably won't hear back from him. If you do, repeat your demand for written proof. They just hate that! Following the law is anathema to frauds! Especially the ones that have already been caught violating it.

i just got a call from a man stating his name was joseph gardner and i am being sued for check fraud from a payday loan they wanted me to pay 4900 then he said we will drop it to 1600 then drop it again to 812.00 i told him to send me the paper work so i can look at the name of the company he then said you are refusing you will be then oew the full amount and possible go to jail.
