Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

This # has been calling me and my relatives constantly. Tom Callahan, claiming to be an attorney, threatened me and my mother in law that I will be served with an arrest warrant and that a case is pending against me. These people, who won't tell me what exactly it is I've done to deserve being arrested, continue to demand my personal info, such as my social security number in order to"identity me correctly." Last call, Tom Callahan actually said the following quotes: "I love you," "I'm calling 911 to come to your house and arrest you," "I'm calling DHR to come to your house to get your baby,".... Seriously???? Who says that they will have your child removed from their own home? I have absolutely no reason for this company or people to call me, let alone threaten me! I told them to send it in writing, USPS. And if they're legit, they have my info and will mail it. I think this is a scam, that my identity has been stolen. Don't give them any of your information and don't believe their horrible threats. Their calls are waking up my premature newborn daily and driving me into hysterics. I hope they sleep well at night.

My mother was recently called by a woman from this company called integrated services.  The person who called name was Katherine Miller Ext. 103.  When I returned the call she told me to hold on she had to figure out who I was.  I was on hold for a little in which another person answered the phone, when I told them that this Kathrine had me on hold he asked what extension I was trying to contact and I told him, he sent me back to that extension and they put me on hold again.  I hung up and got an immediate call back from this Katherine who told me do not yell at her through the phone, and I hung up on the person I needed to speak with (I was on hold, I did not hang up on a person), and that the only person she wanted to speak with was [my immediate supervisor].  I do not have an online payday loan with Cash Yes! I do have other online payday loans but I do not know who they are calling for.  The next time they call I will ask them to send me the complaint in writing and a license showing that they can do business in my state.  The woman was very rude, and I don't wish to speak with her again. I will also be sending a cease all communication letter to the company.  And I have contacted an attorney.

I have received calls from a Tommy Callahan ext. 110 from this number claiming to have filed a "court action" in my county.  I am not sure if it is Integrated Recovery Svcs or another company but I think I had an online payday loan with Cash Yes (but i had one with Plain Green Loans) so it could be either company.  They harrassed me at work and used a phone number not identified by my work caller ID and an unknown ph nu on my cell phone.

I verbally told him he is NOT authorized calling me at my place of employment and he called me the rudest person he has ever spoken to.  Therefore, i disconnected the call only to have him redial me (i had to answer since it is at work) and he then hung up on me.

Mr Dassiro (spell check) has been a pain in the a** calling my work/cell/and home. My mom is freaking out that I'm in some kind of trouble. After reading some of the comments I can relate to each one. I applied for a loan at "cash yes" which I will never in my life do again. They got me real good with fees and I paid them to get them out of my life. The threats are becoming nasty and annoying. Looks like I advanced from automated messages to a live person.

This number is for a "company" called Integrated Services, it's not a legit company.  It's a debt collector for Cash Yes which is an online payday company.  Online payday loans are illegal in my state and I didn't know until after I took the loan.  Cash Yes was able to debit quite a few payments, that I agreed to, which totaled more than the principle loaned so morally I have paid them back what I borrowed and then some even though legally I owe them nothing because the loan was illegal in the first place.  I closed my account and sent them a cease & desist email.  They are mad that they can no longer steal my money.  Do not use this company or payday loan companies if you can help it.  These 3rd party collectors they use are relentless and nasty and do not follow the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They don't care, they're mostly overseas and do not have to abide by US rules.  Report them or any other company to your state attorney general as well as the BBB and the FTC.  Hope this helps.  

PS - They will call any person they can find associated with you, whether it's a relative, friend or co-worker.  They have that skill perfected but don't be scared into paying anything.  Tell them to send you the debt in writing as well as a copy of their license showing they're licensed to do business in your state.

These people are scammers! And they will not stop calling me! I contacted the true Integrated Recovery Services and they advised that they are not contacting me.

They say it is the Department of Legal Services calling.  Claim to have a lawsuit filed against me and will serve me at my place of employment.

Its a company called Integrated. Claim they have a case# and will serve Simmons which I never got then every time someone calls its always a different (so-called) attorney.
