Got the same message from a "Bonnie White" that I would be served either at work or home but a different call-back number. 888-855-4843. Scared me but after reading all the other complaints, I too think it's a scam!
Received several calls from this number.
I call the number and it is ASC
I just recvd a call from bonnie white and said she was a independent processor and she just recvd paper work on me about some charges that is being filed and i need to call 877-364-5251 and answer to the charges.she will be comming to my house or job to serve me with paperwork about a check.
I recieve a call from this number stating that a processor will be serving me papers at work or at home. but when i return the call no one answer. Do anyone no who these people are. i truly believe this is a scam
I got the same message from a Arie Johnson. She said she was a process server and need to serve me a court summons. She also stated if I didn't call back within 24 hours she will be coming to my resident or job with an officer to arrest me. totally bogus
I got a call at work today with the same exact message when my wife called it the company was ACS and this is wrong we have gotten several calls over the last year and all turned out to be bogus
Called my phone and left me a message that I would be served at home or place of employment. She identified herself as "Bonnie White" - did not identify the company, just said she was an independent process server. I received a similar call a few months ago from "Investigator Sharon Jackson".
I did return her call and it didn't sound legit and I'm sure this one isn't either. I think once they call you and you respond, they continue calling you.
I wonder why the government doesn't spend money fighting this type of harassment instead of wasting money on prosecuting former baseball stars?
This company called my elderly mother and told her that I was the plaintiff in a bad check collection case. This made no sense since I knew I had no tort cases that I had filed. The woman was not particularly nice, but for once not "too rude" either. They are definately pushing the line talking to others about debts, but lying about court cases is totally something else.
just got the exact same message from "Bonnie"...They're A.C.S....have no ideal...they asked for me though...but could be my son who has same name. This same company I believed called late last year and I told him they have the wrong person.
Called my phone and left me a threatening message about a legal matter and that I would be served at work. It didn't sound legitimate since the never said the firm they were with and my credit report doesn't reflect anything in collections. I ignored it, and they found my mother in law and left her a little message as well. I am reporting them to the government, though I doubt anything will happen. I will be sure to answer next time they call.
