Got the same message from a "Bonnie White" that I would be served either at work or home but a different call-back number. 888-855-4843. Scared me but after reading all the other complaints, I too think it's a scam!

Called my phone and left me a message that I would be served at home or place of employment. She identified herself as "Bonnie White" - did not identify the company, just said she was an independent process server. I received a similar call a few months ago from "Investigator Sharon Jackson".
I did return her call and it didn't sound legit and I'm sure this one isn't either. I think once they call you and you respond, they continue calling you.
I wonder why the government doesn't spend money fighting this type of harassment instead of wasting money on prosecuting former baseball stars?

This company called my elderly mother and told her that I was the plaintiff in a bad check collection case. This made no sense since I knew I had no tort cases that I had filed. The woman was not particularly nice, but for once not "too rude" either. They are definately pushing the line talking to others about debts, but lying about court cases is totally something else.

just got the exact same message from "Bonnie"...They're A.C.S....have no ideal...they asked for me though...but could be my son who has same name. This same company I believed called late last year and I told him they have the wrong person.

Called my phone and left me a threatening message about a legal matter and that I would be served at work. It didn't sound legitimate since the never said the firm they were with and my credit report doesn't reflect anything in collections. I ignored it, and they found my mother in law and left her a little message as well. I am reporting them to the government, though I doubt anything will happen. I will be sure to answer next time they call.
