They called my number looking for my son. "Dan" left a message with me to have my son call about his "court summons" and  "court date". Didn't sound legitimate to me since they would have his address for a court summons.Nice try, though!

I also received a voicemail from a Nicole stating that legal documents needed to be sent to me. If this is for a payday loan, that's pretty interesting since I have never had one, and if I had, wouldn't they have had my home mailing address to send these documents? They apparently called my old work number as well, and I haven't worked there since May of last year. I called back this morning and had to leave 2 messages, since their voicemail cut me off. I have no clue what their company name is, because they do not state this information on the voicemail or their recorded message, so right there this seems sketchy. I left 2 messages advising that all correspondence needs to be in writing via my email or my home address so that I have actual documentation of what they are stating. Instead of just calling with harassing messages it would be nice if they actually leave information, considering they have no clue if they have the right person or not.

These people are harrasing me and I am disabled. They say I owe a payday loan the original amount is 675.00 and they are trying to collect 2300.00 dollars from me. I explained the Marie that I am disabled and I dont remember the payday loan which was supposed to be over a year ago. Since I am disabled and recently had a heart attack. I want them to stop calling and harrasing me. Also if I owe someone something they need to provide me with documentation which she could not do.

Not sure. I got a msg from a "Nicole" saying legal documents needed to be sent. When calling back, the company does not identify itself, and you're asked to leave a message. Sketchy.
