I got the same pop up to call because I had a virus I gullibly let him remote into my computer and when he started asking weird questions (ie email address, password, laptop security codes) I shut my laptop off and when I turned it back on, the pop
Up chat he downloaded said that he had send himself all my photos from my computer... It's a school distributed computer for online high school so I had nothing beside computer files on it. Luckily my school was able to deal with it but it took her about 3 hours before she was able to get all the virus's. I'm hoping it wasn't some kind of pervert.

Most likely yes! I'd change any and all passwords and place fraud alerts on my banking and credit.  Run your antivirus and also download malware bytes and run it also. You can find it on filehippo or other reliable sites, just google it.

I called and let them get into my computer. Gave them my name and phone number too. Didn't like what was going on so hung up and shut down computer. I changed the password on my computer and on-line bank account. DO I need to do more? Do you think this guy got some info off my computer while he was in it?

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

This number popped up on my computer saying I was receiving a lot of pop ups and my windows may be corrupted and to call the number.  That didn't sound right so I didn't bother calling them.
