Message they left on my voice mail for my brother.

"This message is intended for *****  *****.  My name is Lisa Thomas and I'm calling in reference to a complaint that has been forwarded to my office.  In order to discuss the pending actions being filed against *****, he will need to call the issuing agent at 855-247-8609 and reference file # 4400817."

Total Scam.......

I've been receiving calls from this number and from an area code 305. I was told that a complaint had been filed against me.  My husband also got calls, but they were looking for me.

left a vmail for my bro. someone had file a claim against him so on & so on & to call back with the file number.

They asked for someone else.

I got a msg to call this number and they said they were hired to collect a debt from Wal-Mart and they were taking me to court.

Was given this number to call back because someone had filed a complaint against me. "Ethan James" said it was a time sensitive matter and gave me a reference number. This same person ended up calling my brother, father in-law, and my uncle. No clue who they are or what they want. The originating call came from 305-906-4122

do not know who is this, they claim to be some elision company
