It's not a bill collector ? lying about a court case is beyond the pale even for most of them ? it's the latest Internet/phone scam: Trying to intimidate and scare innocent people into paying "debts" they don't really owe.

Left a message for my sis, claiming that a legal case is pending however the case number they provided is nit even an Oklahoma county case number. I think its a bil collector.
