This place calls themselves all sorts of names i found out (empire account solutions, empire legal solutions, empire asset solutions) They are all linked.  Everytime I call they say they are another name.  Ask them, I bet they say yes to any name you give them.  They dont use their name to throw you off... so if they do make you upset, you dont know which business is which.

I got the same message you guys got. I got  scared. I looked up empire account solutions after I got my email telling me they were a collection agency not a lawfirm like they said!

David Lyon or Ryan called my home 2 days in a row looking for my son.  Claimed he needed to "make himself available" to have some papers delivered.  It would require a witness and two forms of ID.  Said he would swing by my son's workplace and then his home - he even knew the address! Sounded very stern, cocky, sure of himself and threatening!  

I recieved a phone call from 307-466-6549 that told me to call this number. They need to get a hold of me and also said they new where I worked even tho I havent had a job in six months and would be reaching my family and going by my home. What should I do.

I received a call from a Jordan Start or Stuart for my husband saying they needed legal papers signed and could not pronounce the name of street address or my husbands last name.  He stated that my husband MUST be available between 12 - 3:00 for signature, and if he did not meet up with this Jordan, that it would be considered a "direct refusal and failed  appearance".
Caller was very Stearn and had a threatning tone.

I got a call too. This must be the most recent scam in America. The best thing for him to do is call a collection agency cause he not getting nothing from me. AMERICAN GREED.

Using the various phone number search sites online...I cannot find one site that says this is even a valid number.

2 forms of ID and a witness needed to be present to be served these papers.

I looked up the Texas Laws concerning being served papers.  You don't need witnesses or ID in order to be served.  All that needs to be done is they leave it at your place of residence with someone over the age of 16 or your workplace.

It all sounds like a scam.

Same deal.  Except they actually contacted my work.  And my wife's number.  Work told me they didn't know my number or even where I lived, although they were from my county.  Eric Law is the name they give at my workplace.

Got a call from 855-264-9136 left message saying they had "legal" papers I needed two forms of ID and a witness to sign, If they could not locate me at my job I would be counted as a "failure to appear"
I called the 1800 number they left and they said the company was Empire account solutions and the name of the A** that called me was Eric Law.
I have no idea what these people want or who they are but I think It would be kind of funny for someone to threaten me on the phone and then show up at my door.
Anyone know who these people are?

I also just got a message that I needed to sign some papers from the county. They had a address for me that I have never lived at or heard of. Also said I would be counted as a non appearance if I did not call them and schedule a delivery time and place for this "paperwork".

I got the same threatening call this was the callback number 855 264 9136 however he called from this number 479 250 4877.  Said he was from my county but did not pronounce my city name correctly. The 479 number registers from Bentonville, AR.

Matt called me asking for my son  I took a number and we both googled it, this is where it led...beware of any number, the caller also gave me a number beginning with 555 for a call back and when I mentioned that this is what they give in tv programs he said that was usually an area code...I failed to tell him that I was a retired Law Enforcement Officer...and the 555-2300 number did not exist

Jonathan Mack. and Mrs. Alice. People who lie stating they are attorneys and want to collect a debt. They are actually individuals trying to take people has suckers for their hard earned money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.

Got a call from 8552649136 and they left a voicemail in a very stern voice saying that they have papers that he needs me to sign my signature on. He said his name was Jonathan and that if I didnt call him back to sign the papers that I would be counted as a "non appearance". Dunno who these people are but these phone calls are harassment and they try to intimidate you.

Got a call from 855-264-9136 Man left threating messages and I called back the number the young lady who answered the phone refuse to remove my number and hung up in my face. How rude!!!!!!!!!
