I called the president over and over got his voice mail, didn't say anything, going to make sure his voice l mail is too full to get a real message. They keep calling and not saying anything. they have no business with me. you should do the same if they are bothering you;

Company president is Neil Koonce, his extension is 7004. Try calling him a few dozen times and see how he likes it. He is out of the country now but how great would it be for him to have hundreds of hang up calls when he gets back! He is easy to find all over the net facebook twitter etc

I was left a vm for affordable health insurance

Occasional missed calls from this number with no message left.  So far, they're always at reasonable times and the number itself can actually be googled back to CMI/Credit Management so this may be the only legit random call I get.

More specifically, it's legit for SOMEONE, but not me. We have no debt but our mortgage. I tried calling back and was given automated options to look up my account by account number (can't), SSN (won't be tied to mine and wouldn't give it out anyway), or phone number (tried this but then it wants to verify last 4 of SSN).  I pressed 9 to talk to an operator and it told me the office is closed, and their business hours.  It's Friday at 6:30pm and the message says 7am-10pm.  I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt just once since the automated menu clearly identified the company name, and maybe they closed early since it's a holiday weekend (Labor Day).

Call and hang up. No message. Nuisance.

This is a collection service trying to contact the person who had my phone number before me.  I've been getting these calls several times a day since I got this number last Sept and I'm about to just pitch the phone and go without.  I wish I could have my old number back, but I moved to a different state and am 5 area codes away from where I used to be.  

This particular company is one of 7 different collection agencies trying to find this woman named Amber McCauley.  She owes on several student loans, some credit cards, some store charge cards, and I've forgotten who all else is trying to find her.  I've talked with the people from all the other numbers and they just yell at me and tell me I'm lying about not being Amber McCauley and that I'm a deadbeat and they'll find out where I bank and just take the money.  Nothing I say makes the calls stop.  But after reading what other people said about this number, I called back and pressed 3 also.  Surprisingly, a very nice, polite young man answered and said he'd take my number off his list.  I sure hope so because the stress from all these calls is causing me health issues.

said they get # from an account and it is in a file - would not tell me how they got the file or if the "file" is paper or on the computer.
I am not playing their game that my # does not show up on their caller ID, and that they are not using a computer for their files...they keep insisting that I give them my #...I wont
I recorded their call and will continue to record and I let them know this.
I will file a complaint for calling and for harassing because the last call was at 8:15 am.

I returned the call.  Got a menu selection for wrong person (#3).  An agent asked me for my telephone number only.  After verifying that I am not the person their agency has for my telephone number, I was told that my number would be removed from their records in 24-48 hours.

Just like the other messages = call 3 to 5 times a day, even on Sundays and Holidays.  Usually rings 3 times and quits. I have tried to tell them to quit, but get hung up on before I can finish. I guess that's so they can tell the FCC that I never asked then to quit calling!

They just called me. I have no idea what's going on. Tried calling them back and it says " Thank you for calling Credit Management" then it hangs up???

I have a track phone and I have not given my number to anybody except my hubby, babysitter etc and so I have NO clue why I'm getting called on my cell.....it's not cool

6/26/2012 2:12 hrs. called credit management at their number 1 877-741-7295 and spoke with the male representative on the telephone, and reiterated that the number they are currently dialing and the person they are attempting to notify is not at this number. I explained to the person that I had called previously, and that I'm getting a little sick and tired of their constant harassment, failure to delete my number from their calling system. Shortly thereafter I was conveniently disconnected by this male operator, and I again telephoned their number.

6/26/2012 2:14 hrs. I advised this individual working for credit management of the above information and he assured me, that my contact number in information would be deleted from their system and that it would take approximately 24 to 48 hours to complete this task. In the strongest words possible, I advised this individual that if this harassment does not cease, and continues I will notify the appropriate government agency regarding this matter. Needless to say, you could tell in the tone of his voice he was not happy with but I had to say and terminate the conversation.

This company negates to concede the telephone number they're calling is not for the person they're attempting to reach, I have been given assurances by a representative for this company that the telephone calls in question would cease, however reality dictates otherwise. The only alternative foreseeable, would be to contact the government agency overseeing companies that consistently and habitually continue the harassing phone calls religiously 2 to 3 times a day without fail, utilizing the automated system that is preprogrammed to make these calls on a continuous basis. Obviously, either they don?t have a very well understanding of the English language, or either to do not have the correct amount of neuron transmitters (a specialized, impulse-conducting cell that is the functional unit of the nervous system, that is the basic building block of the nervous system) to process information.

This company refuses to acknowledge the number they're calling is not for the person they're attempting to reach, I have been given assurances by a representative for this company that the telephone calls in question would cease, however reality dictates otherwise. Call once, twice, sometimes three times a day, even on Sundays. The last straw was MEMORIAL DAY! I am a Veteran. I served my Country just so these people can DO THIS!

This is a compay called credit management. you must have a bill that you havent paid.

Same deal! Every day, 2 rings and a hang up. Annoying as all get out!No message and I never call an unknown number with no message.

Why is it that the people that have all the time in the world to call and bother good people can't answer the phone when you call them back?  That proves that they are low life losers trying to scam yet another innocent person.  Watch out for these losers.

This number has been calling recently a few times a day.  Caller id just says toll free call and the number.  I don't answer.  They don't even let it ring long enough for the answering machine to pick up.  (like they would leave a message anyways!!)  Today is Sunday and they're calling!!  They can call all they want, I still won't answer.

I got a couple of calls from this number, but I missed them until about the 4th time they called. They asked if I was or knew someone whom I have never even heard of. I pressed whichever number it was that they said to press if I wanted them to erase my number from the roster, they still keep calling me.

It is very annoying.

This number calls my house phone at least three or four times a day. it comes up on caller I.D. as a Toll Free Call. but now that I am seeing these comments, I am thinking about calling the number back to have them delete my number.

This number calls constantly from 6 am to 9 pm. Every day. No messages. No answer when I call back. No one answers when I pick up. I would like to know who this is bothering me.

Received a call from this number and told them they had the wrong person. After reading the comments here, I also called back and pressed three to remove number. Said they would remove it.
