Got a call concerning my wife to see if she was going to be available so they could deliver legal papers...  Gave a number of 855-275-5197 to call back and gave name of M&M asociates, the caller was clueless on specific information...  Collections Company...

They called and said that they were going to serve papers on me a couple of weeks ago. They keep calling me and bugging me.  This debt is old old old and should have been off my report by now. They said that  i need to call them. It is always a blcoked # when calling me. They always tell me to call 855-275-5197 .Then they called my mom and said that they are going to go ahead with out me and go to court to settle. For # 1. They would serve you papers and they would not be asking if you casn be served at work. That is a RED Flag big time. These people of full of it. They will not say whom nor where they are from.. They just say call that number.

i received a call from them at work saying about a summons that they where gonna serve so
i called them during  my lunch time....they are very nice people they gave information on an old
account i didnt pay off which was still in my credit report...i validated the account with the info they gave
me i had a copy of my credit report so i knew all about it they gave me a good deal so i paid it off..
im glad i got this taken care of.

This is a very unscrupulous company who is trying to supposedly collect on a debt that has been paid in full and somehow tracked down my husband's ex-wife from 40 years ago.  Left a message for me on her phone and she doesn't even have the same last name or live anywhere near us.  They talked in riddles and when I threatened to call the Attorney General's office in the morning she said she would make a note for no further contact.  The really bizarre part of the story is that we have lived in the same house and had the same job for 15 years>

it appear`s to be a tracking agency for hire to other collections company, asked if l was home so they could deliver un specified leagle papers?!!
