I seriously doubt that since you would have had to go to court before a judge and then he would have issued a judgement which would have allowed your wages to be garnished (note the correct spelling, the hint is when that red squiggly line shows up as your typing the post out)
So who were they, what is the company name that sued you?

This appears to be a foreign entity.. Delhi, India. There are tons of want ads for this company listed on search. They are located out of our country but when doing business in the US they have to abide by our laws.
