No, not that I know of.  You could tell the young man definately wanted to engage me in a "legal" issues phone call and how I could not take legal action against his company.  He told me I could not talk to him like I would talk to my husband.  That's when I thought..hmm, this kid is definately phishing for information.

they call me as well.  When you call back, they answer with "Amway."  Have they actually done anything to anyone yet, accept for the phone harrassment?

This old tired lady keeps getting calls from an Elija Simmons saying he is looking for a William Elliott. Mr Simmons identifed himself with Amway Financial.  Even gave a Case Number for poor old William Elliott of 110445.   He had left a few "threatening" messages.  I called him back and left message to stop calling, didn't know Mr. Elliott, blah, blah, blah.  

Mr Simmons called back and was quite the snot with an attitude.  He would not terminate the call after I hung up and tied up my line.    I believe this is a complete phishing attempt.  Hang up immediately.  I am reporting to FCC anyway, just in case.
