Just take organic vitamins, get them at a good health food store ( like Whole Foods)also check the location
remember China is almost always the largest maker of these products.

GOOD LUCK  with the cold.

I also sent my $199.00 and I got software disc, there is info but nothing donloads, so I have called and called with no call backs. I spoke to a Jamal, Don ... There was a form along with cd asking for deposit info for payroll and email address. So I sent a letter to address on form asking for someone to call me. I  was having trouble with cd.  The  letter came back addres not valid... I found ad also on career builder. I called career builder and reported the fraud,. Also called the Chicago Tribune.. I filed a complaint with Attorney General office, and local police.. I also have contacted an Attorney. It's  about the money . I'm a single parnet, I think it's sad that this is allowed... I hope I get some kind of justice.. I keep calling all numbers and leaving messages... I wont stop until somebody get these KIND OF PEOPLE.....

I work for a newspaper company in Wisconsin placing ads for clients. I just had a call from this man to place the same ad in our paper. He said his name was Ron Middleton and wanted me to place the ad in print and online and didn't even care about a price. Said to just go ahead and run it for a full week. He would not gave me his email or other information but the number to call (the 855 number). I found this site after I could not find his account information anywhere in our system. Lo and behold I found this site. Most definitely a scam. He won't be placing an ad with us, that's for sure.

I was following up online doing research, and this was just kind of hidden.  I am SO glad that people were able to post their experiences before I shelled out a very precious $199 to this company/individual.  I was provided with an address of:  Homeworks, 4450 California Avenue, Ste K175, Bakersfield, CA, 93309.  The website is homebilling5000.com  The site itself is a joke and was the first red flag for me.  My 14 year old son could come up with a more legit looking website.  I want to research on how to get a warning/red flag indicator out to the better business bureau.  This ad showed up on indeed.com, and my local newspaper here in Johnstown, PA.

The ad was as follows:

Medical Records.  Excellent opportunity w/ busy local practice.  Strong computer skills required.  Billing background helpful. Attention to detail. $12-14/hr depending on experience. Contact Human Resources at 855-285-1025.

I spoke with Kevin Kohl (Cole, Kole)  He directed me to the website, he also advised me that if I sent in the $199 (enough to make any charges against him only a misdemeanor if caught) to him at the above address, I would get my software within 7 days.  I could begin billing immediately and would receive batches of claims in 50.  I could do them, send them in, and get more.  Pay was to be between $4-7/per claim.  I was adv to send a cashiers check, money order, or personal check.  For anyone even CONSIDERING doing this...right there is a red flag indicator as well.  If they aren't set up to take a credit card, chances are they aren't legit.  God forbid they want to be charged with credit card fraud.  Oh no, no!

I am studying to be a nurse, I just quit a full-time sales job (which I loathed) and I have to tell you, when you have a medical billing and coding background, something like this sounds pretty good when you need all the study time you can get and don't want the hassle of driving to and from work.  I loathe vultures.  This do***ebag did disclose that he was from Long Island (East Islip, NY).  So if anyone has the time and wants to start researching the weasel, it might be easy to track down his information and lodge a complaint with the local authorities.  His cellphone number alone...if you have a shady friend who works in the cellphone industry could find out who REALLY owns the number...I personally believe Kevin is an alias because the voicemail he left me said his name was "Don"  but same guy called back.

DO NOT DO THIS!!! You're better off working at Mickey D's

I am sorry to say that I sent the 199.00 for the software and I have just received it but it is just a big mess of nothing. I have talked to the Kevin dude 3 times, he seems really nice and I am to call him back letting him know that I have received my software and he will help me download it. But me and my son tried to download it tonight after making sure it was virus-free, and it is too old for my computer and he is the one that told me this was a scam and found this website for me and I am letting you guys know what I know. I would have thought if this was a scam, there would be no more contact with this man or his so-called company but he keeps returning my calls.  Why would a scandalous company keep contacting me after I have sent the money, are they going to want more money?? So sad, because I am so experienced in doing medical billing and I thought it would be a good job working from home.

OMG! I saw this same ad in our local Bucks County, PA paper this morning and  I can't believe that I not only called the number - I almost actually fell for this.  I know all the "red flag" signals too.  I've worked as a medical transcriptionist for over 20 years - and DID work at home for several local physicians and transcription companies that were totally, 100% legit.  They NEVER asked for money up front, and even provided me with the computer and software needed to log into their site - and back in the "old days" when your work came in over the phone line, the company installed a separate line in my house specifically for transcription.  I did this for many years when my kids were little and now am looking to get back into the transcription field.  Beware, this guy sounds good....real good....too good.

This number was listed in our Bucks County, PA paper asking for part-time medical transcriptionist.  Now that I see all the scam reports from all over the country, I am thinking it really is a scam.

Hi all.  I too spotted this Ad in our local paper and googled the phone number after not finding it listed on whitepages.com and found you all.  Well, after reading what ya'll wrote, I called my local paper to alert them of the scam and they had spotted it too, and have removed it from the listings as of tomorrow's print.

Also, that website being full of spelling mistakes is done on purpose by the scammers.  Especially when you see spelling mistakes in those scam emails they send out.  Same thing.  They do that to prevent search engines virus scans from detecting them.  And probably lots of other techy reasons that I have no clue about. LOL

Great call, guys!!

No real law enforcement would ask this!  Becareful this is probably a scam.  You should never put your name, mailing address and telephone number on a site like this.  Do you notice even this site doesn't ask that.
