They call every couple of months and say that they have several complaints filed against me and they are going to take me to court.  They have threatened to sue me and have these huge fines levied against me.  I have never done business with this company, nor have I done business with the company that they claim to represent ( Cash Call-Western Sky ).  They have threatened to have me served with legal papers and yet nothing has ever come out of it.  No process server has ever shown up.  It is very frustrating!!

Interesting all calls were received in the past 24 hours. They called me yesterday AM didn't get to look it up till today

American Credit called me as well.  All debt collectors must use the disclaimer they are calling to attempt to collect a debt and any information will be used.  So that was not given and I will call em back tonight after hours and leave a message

I just received a call from 855-285-2448 stating that they are American Credit and a file has been placed in their office for review. Don't know them and don't know what it is about.  If they have our information why don't they just send us a bill in the mail like all other legit bill collectors.

Received a call from 855-285-2448.  This is American Credit.  They left a message as I don't answer my cell phone if it's a number that I don't know.  They said that they needed to talk to me regarding my past due balance.  I have NO IDEA what they're talking about.  I've never done business with these people before.   They wanted me to call them back.  No can do.  I don't know you and you didn't address me by name, then no way Jose!

Just received a call from this number around 5:19pm -- never received a call from this number previously.  They did leave a voicemail, but did not leave the name of the company in the message.
