Please stop calling!!!

Pretty shoddy "have been imputed into the web-survey"  when they can't even spell properly.  I've dealt with these jerks before.  When they call, they use ADAD devices, the use of which is regulated by the CRTC, specifically the do not call list.  If they are in violation of the rules, the CRTC will investigate


4. A person using an ADAD to make unsolicited telecommunications where there is no attempt to solicit, shall comply with the following conditions:

a) such telecommunications shall not be made to emergency lines and healthcare facilities, whether such telecommunications are made by random dialing or otherwise;

b) subject to paragraph (c), such telecommunications are restricted to 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends (Saturday and Sunday); the hours refer to those of the person receiving the telecommunication;

c) such telecommunications are restricted to the hours set out in or pursuant to provincial legislation that governs an activity, provided that the telecommunication is made for the purpose of that activity. The hours refer to those of the person receiving the telecommunication;  Telecom Regulatory Policy 2009-200

d) such telecommunications shall begin with a clear message identifying the person on whose behalf the telecommunication is made. This identification message shall include a mailing address and a local or toll-free telecommunications number at which a representative of the originator of the message can be reached. In the event that the actual message relayed exceeds sixty (60) seconds, the identification message shall be repeated at the end of the telecommunication;

e) such telecommunications shall display the originating telecommunications number or an alternate telecommunications number where the telecommunication originator can be reached (except where the number display is unavailable for technical reasons);

f) sequential dialing is prohibited;

g) random dialing can be used to make such telecommunications, including telecommunications to non-published telecommunications numbers, except to emergency lines and healthcare facilities;

h) persons initiating such telecommunications shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that their equipment disconnects within ten (10) seconds of the person receiving the telecommunication hanging up;

i) the conditions in paragraphs (a) through (h) do not apply to unsolicited telecommunications made via an ADAD for public service reasons, including telecommunications made for emergency and administration purposes by police and fire departments, schools, hospitals, or similar organizations.

I wonder if their switchboard or email inbox can handle the amount of peeved innocent people they annoy each day .. let them know how you feel

I received a call from this number and I didn't respond. I called back and I was told by the recording that I could talk to someone or leave my name and number and be removed from their calling list (which apparently takes 24 hours to be put into effect). I left a message saying my name and number and told them not to call me again because I will not answer their call. I also stated that I don't know how they got my number, but not to call me again

They called my cell. I thought they aren't supposed to call cell phones period.

Probit started calling at 1:15 am this morning and has not stopped yet 11:20 am . I have called crtc and loged a complaint because I am on the no call list also bell who says if I pay an additional 8.95 per month they will block ecos calls. I have been calling  probit all morning ;but, of course I only get an answering machine. This is so typical of business and government right now --- no help -- unless you pay !!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried Prayer?     Because if you don't answer the phone,  you don't know who it is,  and you can't tell them to stop calling you.   Nobody here can stop your calls.....

I have received dozens of calls from this number.  I have never picked up the phone to answer. I would like them to stop.

I got a call from them again and again on different phones.  Called their senior guy at the Gandoff Group, Mr. Herle, and left him a message they would be be receiving a bill for handling their phone calls to my numbers in the future.

Received a call from this company. The message noted they were a survey company. The caller id showed Probit.ca/view. We didn't answer.

Received a call from 1-855-288-4925 this afternoon on my cell, an automated machine stated it was the Gandalf group, and that they are probit incorporated? What ever that is. They said they are looking to get you to go to probit.ca/view to complete a voluntary survery on the key players in my community by entering your phone number to gain access but supposidly will not be used to identify you.... seems like a scam to me....

This discussion board doesn't make calls nor does it maintain calling lists for anything.  Tell your caller to remove you from theirs.

Calls to cell phone

Not even a month with my new phone from Koodo and I already have telemarketers calling me. Fortunately, this was the only one that called me so far, and I'm using Android so I can just blacklist 800 numbers using an app.

Anyways, when I answered, the automated machine kicked in and said something about the "Gandalf Group" or something like that. Never bothered to hear the rest of the message, so I just hung up.
