These guys are scammers don't give them any money.. people are so retarted to give awaythey hard working money

As always, you can not be put in jail for a civil debt, like  payday loans, no not worry, the worse is you get a summons for court and they pass judgment on you to repay the debt, and in some cases garnish part of your work pay until it's payed off, you can not go to jail, unless its federal like child support and taxes, and if the police was going to come and arrest you they would not call and say you was going to be arrested, that don't make scene because they know most people would leave, and not be there when they came, defeats the purpose.

OK I HAVE HAD CALLS CONSTANLY FROM THIS PLACE AND THREATS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME SICK. I HAVE CHRONIC MIGRIANES AND A PANIC  DISORDER SO HAVE BEEN A WRECK OVER THESE CALLS. ONE MAN SAYING HE WAS A TOM FLETCHER AND I WAS GIVEN A CASE NUMBER LOST IT AND THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME THE CASE NUMBER AGAIN. EVERYTIME I CALL A DIFFERENT PERSON ANSWERS. SAYING I HAVE COMMITED 2 COUNTS OF FRAUD AND COULD END UP IN JAIL SO I FREAKED. I WAS TOLD THE DEBT WAS OVER $1000.00 AND THEN HE TOLD ME ONLY PAY $500.00 THEN SAID I COULD PAY $50.00 A MONTH FOR 10 MONTHES. THE DIFFERENT MEN KEPT THREATENING JAIL AND FRAUD SO I CAVED IN AND GAVE MY ACCT # OFF DEBIT CARD THEY TOOK OUT SOME MONEY YESTERDAY.. I CALLED THE BANK HAD MY DEBIT CARD KILLED AND A NEW ONE BEING ISSUED. THEY CALLED MY MOTHER 76 YRS OLD UPSETTING HER AND IM AN ADULT SHE DIDNT NEED TO BE SCARED EITHER. THEY ASKED MY MOM TO PAY THEM THE $500.00 SHE SAID NO/ IT HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE HERE AND IM FILING A REPORT. NO RECORD OF ME ON THEIR RECORDS SO THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD/ I HOPE THEY FRY FOR SCARING PEOPLE/ TO BEAT IT ALL I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND CANNOT PAY OUT ANY MONIES AND THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME ANY PAPERWORK TO PROVE I OWED ANY OF THIS SO MY BANK IS ALSO INVESTIGATING THIS TOO.........

I received the same phone call on my work phone with the exact message as everyone received.

Just received a call from this number 855-289-9909 stating his name was Ron Avery and I was going to be served paper to my residence for 2 counts of fraud. I decided to Google the number and up pops this thread. I knew this was just a attemp to collect a debt, but just wanted to make sure. I have no idea where they got my number from and I have finally paid off my last debt. The collection agencies will any kind of scare tatics to get money, it really is pitiful.

No one called me...Games being played on this thread.

They called me with the same exact same message. Only his name was James Wilaby. I left a message for them to, telling them to come and get me." Fraud", please.

The more I read these posts the more I think that some of these scammers  will shill posts on this board to get a feel as to what information and advise is being given and how they can best prepare for it.

May I suggest that you have your family read this thread along with all of the other threads concerning scam artists.

I recieved a call to from a Tom Fletcher stating that i needed to contact him regarding 2 counts of fraud. And if i didnt return his call with 24 hrs that i would be summons to appears in court. They also called my aunt nuber, i have no idea how they got that number

I also received a cll from the number. But they didnt call me they call my deceased grandmothers house. So you could imagine the agony i felt when my family said that i was wanted for fraud. I reallt need to find out who this is and put htem to a stop. oh yea and now I,m trying to make my family believe im not wanted!!!!!

I received a call today from Ron Avery telling me the same thing. It really scared me at first. I called the number to try and find out the name of the company but it didn't say. I really wish these people wouldn't do stuff like this.

They called me today too. They also called my boyfriends mother and I've never used her in any type if business affair or reference. She's the only one I know with a landline, so they must've looked her up on my social networking sites and found her number in phone book. They said I have 24 hours to respond before they file with local jurisdiction and I have to appear. I just called number back and it only said " dept of investigations" on their voicemail. Would love to see who this is!

Received a call from this number today.  A very threatening person who identified himself as investigator Ron Avery, advised me that a court order was being issued against me in the local county court for fraud charges and advised me to call him at this number.  He ended the message with saying that if I didn't call . . . "well then, good luck".  Holy cow!  Sounds like a threat to me and now I'm wondering if my legs are going to get broken -- or worse!!  I'm reporting this to the state for investigation.  This idiot didn't realize that he was calling a law firm and that I was sitting at the reception console when he called in.  I transferred the call to my extension.  He gave me a bogus court case number (case numbers in this state don't have that numbering sequence).  Also, I went into the state court system and found no filings against me.  If there is an old debt out there that he's trying to collect on, it's past the statute of limitations.  Lastly, anyone with an ounce of common sense would realize that in order for a court order to be issued, a complaint has to be filed.  This is the way it works in all 50 states and it's called due process.  If anyone can give me a clue as to who these people are, I would really appreciate it.  I'm filing charges.
