This company is Global.  They are a debt collector that use very threatening terms such as "Misconduct" and "breach of contract" and threaten garnishments.  However, they are unwilling to make a payment arrangement and they want your credit card information before ANY agreements are made.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!!
