Debt Collector
I got a call this morning from my son who informed me that he received a message on his voice mail from a Kevin Sam. The message he played for me and Kevin Sam said he had received a complaint on several issues and he was calling to verify address and phone number for me, he also stated that I have the right to contact the plaintiff if i wished and left a phone number of (855) 291-3686 along with a reference number and that the next step would be filling the proper paperwork with (blank-blank superior court) and lastly he said my name again with "you have been notified" then hung up. The funny thing is he never left the companies name who he works for and the how to reach him. I cannot wait to sue these people. I have called the number back the number back to advise them of Mr. Kevin Sam making calls on their behalf committing violations of the FDCPA and credit reporting procedures for calling telephone numbers who he does not know for sure if the person who is on his call list is in use of that number for official contact, also leaving voice mails about the individual referencing remarks "of receiving complaints in his office, stating legal rights to call client which is the plaintiff, and paperwork being filed with superior court". I also advised them that they could be responsible for a $1000.00 fine per violation by the contracted individual "Kevin Sam" since he is representing you're company and they would be responsible for the attorneys fees associated with my lawsuit. I advised them to call me back with that persons proper name "since most collections people are notorious for using fake names" who so, I can name all involved in the suit and receive me some funds money. Hopefully they call back or maybe my message alone causes alliance solutions mgmt. to cancel their contract with Kevin Sam's company or just plainly terminate the guy for them getting sued. I did mention that I have access to his message since my son saved it and let them know it can be played should they need to hear it.  IF ANYONE GETS THIS SAME CALL JUST HANGUP ON THE PERSON. DO NOT ADMIT TO OWING ANY DEBT TO WHICH THEY REFERENCE, DO NOT TRY A MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENT'S CAUSE IF YOU DO THAT IS A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOU OWING THAT DEBT AND THE CREDITOR CAN NOW PROCEED WITH FURTHER COLLECTION EFFORT'S..... IF THE DEBT IS YOURS THEN PAY IT BACK OR DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO. ALWAYS REQUEST A DEBT VALIDATION BEFORE DOING ANYTHING WITH THE COLLECTIONS AGENCIES, AND THEM JUST VERIFYING THE DEBT IS NOT IN ANYWAY ACCEPTABLE FOR VALIDATION. IF YOU WANT THE CALLS TO STOP TELL THEM, INCLUDE NOT CALLING FAMILY, FRIENDS OR YOU'RE JOB. THEN SEND A CEASE AND DICIEST LETTER STATING TO STOP ALL CALLS AND COLLECTION ATTEMPTS. BY LAW THEY MUST STOP CALLING YOU. LASTLY FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC "FEDERAL TRADES COMMISSION" AND YOU'RE STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. I will write back with the outcome of my message to them. Stay tuned.....:)
