It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

I did receive two phone calls from your jerk bags. If you where a real debt collector company like you say you are why would it poo up under the caller id as unknown and it's again FTC rules to robo call people like that I do have a meeting with my attorneys about your company and the stupid voice mail you left me to I will see to it that you get caught for the criminals you are. Got a call from them this morning. Showed up on caller id as UKNOWN. Message said I had 2 pending legal matters and they would serve me at home or work. They didn't even have my last name correct. They did however have the last 3 of my social. It was a female who called and I couldn't understand her name or company, but when I called the number back tonight it said GS Resolution Group as the name of the company. Seems like a scam to me. Probably caught up as a result of last Christmas' hack of my bank account at Target.

I suspect they are in New York too.   Typical kitchen-table debt scammers.  New York state.  Scammer-magnet.  Espeically the small run-down towns.  Nothing but a P.O. Box,some equipment and a stack of worthless debtpaper.   And you're in business!

I suspect this Jason is 50% of this J S  Resolutions.   Small group working out of someone's house.

I got the samething about a payday loan, they were calling in New york, STUPID PEOPLE , i won't fall for that CRAP.

I got a person Rita Shaw with a case number telling me that a case will be filled and I will be served with papers with a case number. I have the opportunity to dispute this case and they gave me this number. The call came in as Without Caller Id I suspect any one who has to hide their identity as fraudulant. I do no remember this loan and have no idea who this person or who this company she represents is.

This person Jason John it's all the same person your not a suspect for not paying off your bills. Your only a suspect for breaking the law. And not paying off your bills is not against the law. The this company has not sent me out any letters of any debt that I owe which they are required to by the law maybe I should turn this company in and see what's to them since the like to break the law a lot you people are scam artist you should be ashamed of your selfs for stealing money from good hard working Americans I hope you go to prison you jack*** scam artist

They are collecting on debts that have been included in a bankruptcy. My lawyer will call them! How can these people be real and not know about bankruptcy law! I hope they do keep calling me so I can sue them!

I first received a call at 7:56am from a private number, at 8:26am I received a call from 605-301-7235, the female caller left the following voicemail: "this is Sandy Miller, a private locater and I am calling to tell I will be visiting you at your home or place of employment today to serve you papers for fraudulent activity, your ssn# has been attached to these allegations.  If you wish to avoid going to jail, you need to call 855 296 7966.  You have been advised of the situation and I wish you good luck."

C'mon on now...any legitimate business or debt collector always identifies oneself and closes with the statement, "that this is an attempt to collect a debt, any information obtained will be used for that purpose."

I got a call this morning @738 am. First of all, I was a victim of identity theft and dont know which debt is mine or not.  I called back and left a message that  until they can give me physical prove of documentation that I accrued this debt, I am denying all knowledge of this debt.  Also, calling before 8:00am is against FCC regulations and they are in non-compliance which can be a lawsuit and / or fines.  If they even try to collect on something that is not mine, I will bring forth all harrassing messages left on my machine.  I hope they are reading this.  I'm not playing their games anymore.

I got a call twice in a row which is against the law to robo call. And the number showed up as a unknown phone number and it sounded like they where reading off a script. What debt collector calls under a blocked call. And to john shillkill no one is a suspect for not paying off there bills. And you guys are scam artist plan and simple I hope you get caught and thrown in jail.

I get calls from them alot. It is sooo annoying. It is harassment and they should be held accountable.

These people are scammers. I've never in my life taken out a payday loan & I pay all my bills on time. They are calling from one state, saying judgement is against you in another state for a loan supposedly taken out 5 years ago in another state. Really? I'm not a stupid lady. Don't give them any information. Report them to FTC.gov
