Left a message with my job, I'm a nurse so I cant have documents being served to me there. I called on lunch and got the service cancelled.

I received a message with this # left as a call back contact. Said there was documents being issued out under my name. When I called the # they said that they hired private process servers and that was who called me. Was able to settle an old account that I forgot about. HSBC Orchard card I let get charged off. Avoided a court appearance.

Got a call yesterday that said "private caller" on the caller I'd screen.  I don't answer those type calls.  The caller said something about a court case and mentioned two names that I do know but has nothing to do with me.  Who are these predators?

Has anyone tried to sue  these people?

I received a vm from 855-296-9745 regarding case az74011. Threatening vm for a person that never lived here- stating he was going to send someone out if we failed to call within 24 hours. The male voice stated that they had verified our address. If that was the case he would have known this person never lived here. WHAT A BUNCH OF CREEPS. GET A REAL JOB.

I also received a call today from 855-296-9745, they did mentioned my name but the case was for a different person, I think they're fishing for info, it seems as F R A U D

They called my brother's cell phone and said that I was gonna miss a court date if I didn't call back and that the guy was an officer.  Officer of what he didn't say. I know I don't have any official court cases outstanding.

They say they are calling in regards to someone else's case.  WTF??

I received a similar message today. Not sure why they would even give me any information other than please have this person call and reference the number. Should not be saying its a court summons...

THIS PERSON IS THREATENING FOR ME TO BE SERVED SOMETHING FOR SOMEBODY ELSE AND SHE SAID IT WAS A CIVIL MATTER
