Sirius XM. They hit my auto reject list twice a day now, and with different numbers. I haven't decided if I'm going to start a membership after the trial period ends, and this ridiculously invasive series of phone calls isn't exactly building faith in their company. It's just bloody rude! Fourteen calls, and counting.

I guess Sirius spams here too. Classy

Every time in block this annoying company, they call from a different phone #. Even if I was interested in satellite radio, why would I sign up after their trial with such stalker like irritating "marketing" tactics.

I got a year's free trial with my Chrysler van a year ago. I travel a lot and LOVE the fact I can listen to the same station 50 miles from home or 1500 miles away from home! I just renewed my membership.

If you call 1-866-303-5603 and give them your phone number and ask to be put on their internal DNC list, it'll take 10 days to officially take place in all their networks, but is the best way to stop it. If you answer when they call and request a DNC, the calls will continue after 30 days,

Tip: Do NOT give them your email or address as those will get bombarded with junk mail. If they already have it, say you moved or deactivated the email and refuse to give your new address.

I've told Sirus to stop calling me they keep calling, I inform them to stop sending me mail, I still get mail.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm still getting bothered at 9:30p.m.  RIDICULOUS!!!!

This was one of the rudest soliciation calls I have ever received. First, like many others here, I got multiple calls where the connection was never made and I was left on an empty line. When someone did eventually answer, she kept simply telling me that they were going to sign me up for the service over my protestations. The conversation went like this:

Me: I haven't found the service useful and I won't be renewing.
Her: Well, we're happy to offer you a special price of only $5 a month for 6 months, so I will just enroll you in that.
Me: No, I don't want it.
Her: Well, we can give you a very special price of only $3 per month for 3 months, so I'll sign you up for that now.

Once I said, "I don't care what it costs, I don't want it", she hung up without another word. Horrible.

they keep calling at all different times of the day with no let up !!! they dont leave a message and hang up on you when you answer the phone.

OMG, I received the same creepy heavy breathing message from them this past weekend. What is wrong with these people?

Yeah, this number keeps calling every couple of days.  Answering or letting it go to voicemail does nothing 'cause there's no sound on the other end.

Just got a missed call from this number for the 1st time ever; it was to my cell. No voicemail left & caller ID only showed number. Based on others' posts here, I immediately blocked it.  From now on, the call will be hung up on immediately.  Who knew a smartphone would be good for something other than reaching out and touching someone; I could also prevent someone from touching me. ;-)

If you can get a legal address for them, it helps to send them a cease and desist letter via certified US mail.. That way they cannot say you did not tell them or they didn't get it..

This is very helpful and accurate information - thank you! I just called that number. A lady in India asked for my number, and claimed I had an account with them. I explained I simply bought a vehicle with a trial period and never had, nor would have, an account with them. She wanted my name and address, but I never give that info out and instead insisted she tell me what name and address she had listed with that number. She finally did, and it was me. I told her to remove me from the call and mail list, which she did.

SERIUS SM IS RELENTLESS! I filed an FCC Complaint and demanded that I be placed on their INTERNAL DNC List. According to SeriusSM's DNC policy, a business relationship is created with them when you purchase or lease a vehicle that comes with a complimentary trial period of SiriusXM services and you may be contacted even though you are on a state or the National DNC List. If this is true, they are not in violation of FCC regulations until you request that they place you on their internal DNC list and 30 days after, they continue to call you.
