Received 2 messages within 5 min from (555) 313-5509 for unknown person. Caller left no name but stated exactly ?This message is intended for the employee (name). I have documentation that is being issued out to her of the clerks office that needs her attention immediately. If she has any questions or concerns about the documents being issued out I strongly recommend that she calls (855) 313-5509. Reference number (___). If she does not call back within the 24 hours period I will deem the address as verified & proceed with the documentation. Once again this message is for (name).?
I called back, a man answered & I couldn?t make out what he said as he slurred his speech & when I asked directly what office he was with he refused to say. I said I was returning a call & he asked for reference number. He asked what phone number I was calling from & I asked him where he was located & was he in our state as I didn?t recognize the prefix. He answered ?maybe, maybe not?. I said, you can?t tell me or you don?t know?? I told him I was with a government agency & he said ?I don?t care what government agency you?re with - I?m a paralegal?. I told him I didn?t know who he was or where he was. He replied ?No S***!? I said ?Did you just say No S*** to me? He replied ?Yea, so what?? sarcastically. This guy was a real piece of work. I wanted to hang up but instead said ?look I?m just calling to say the person you left the message for doesn?t work here.? He said ?Do I sound like the person who left the message?? I said ?No, it was a woman? ?Right? he says, ?so give me your phone number so we can take it off our registry.? I gave him the number & hung up in the middle of whatever he was saying next. Who the hell are these people???? How rude can you possibly be? I think they must be process servers. The so called ?reference number? sounded more like a court case number. The first 2 digits reflected the state I was in & who knows what the number references. What a bunch of jerks.

I got a call on my cell phone from this number stating is was for my job and that they had docs for pick up and if I wanted to know more I could contact them and if I dont call they will be forced to file. .. This is illeagle to falsly suggest its a message for the company I work for.

I just received a phone call regarding my 74 old mother, that has lived in the US for 13 years, telling me that they had a subpoena and that my mom has to call before 5 PM today or they were going to my house in New Jersey to service papers. Then my attorney called them and they hung up the phone on him. These people are extremely rude and pitiful in particular a female name Stephanie, be careful with these scammers. My attorney is filing a compliant to the US attorney general, and I am call the news media. by the way they answered the phone as S&M Associates from California.In the back ground you can hear lots of talking, I think this is a scam mill...................

A company who said they deal with the state judiciary system in the private processing service called looking for my ex girlfriend with her address listed at my parents' house 300 miles away. They gave me a number to call, (855) 313-5509, with a reference number.

To me, since they know a decent amount of information when they call you, these people must be scammers who have some scattered information about you and is trying to piece together a puzzle by asking lots if questions to get verification. As I know they've called my other siblings, it is weird that they have not yet called her.

Someone is calling from this number. They have called a bunch of my family too.

Mother-in-law got a call from this #. Said they were from the State of CA and were looking to get a hold of my husband. Two days later, husband got a call from same # saying they were going to deliver a subpoena today, again giving a reference number and asking him to call the 8553135509. I called the number and someone answered saying "administrator". I asked what kind of business this was and he statede S. W. Morgan and Associates. These sketchy people are definitely misrepresenting themselves.

I had a call today stating that they had documents for and when I called the 855 number no one answered. This is a scam. I just want to know how you report them to the police.

Had a call from "unknown number" leaving a message to call the 855 number and give a reference number.  Also mentioned it to be in regard to a person with the same surname as me, but not first name.  No one in my family has the first name mentioned.  Called back and they answered "corporate office".  I gave the reference number and explained it was not me or anyone in my family.  They stated that sometimes people get information from phone books etc to use as credit references.  Not sure how that works.  It all sounds pretty fishy to me.  Was told they will send the info back to whomever requested it, and state that I am not the person or any relation to the person.

They contacted my brother in California and said that they were sending him a letter,which I myself do not even know his address, and then called his cell phone and left him this number.  They gave me a WI-97075 reference number.  Called number back and got an answering machine and it stated this was the cooperate number?
