Called and left a threatening message to take legal action but when I called the number they provided it rang busy....I haven't received any collection notices in the mail and know that I do not know any one so I think these people are buying old debt and trying to collect on it to make money. Either way I am contacting the FTC!

Called & left a message to tell me that there were time sensitive documents that I had to sign and that I had to call my "case administrator" as soon as possible.  There is no reason this company should be calling and no reason I should return this call because this has nothing to do with anything currently in my life.  They do try to sound intimidating and threatening.

Gave me a phone to call and a case number. The debt they are trying to collect was fraudulent and I have reported it to the three credit agencies. They acted like they were punch of lawyers but I know they were faking it. They told me they would sue me for $5k, which is illegal. You can't threaten anybody with a lawsuit.

Received a call from a blocked number! Talked to a woman who said she was with Guadelupe courier services, she gave me the number 855-319-9729!
I'm not calling them back?

I received the same call as Lady.  I am going to report it as well. Called No one picked up.

Call and left a message trying to sound intimidating saying his name was "Jacob bishop" that there was no contact on my part so they were going to move forward with legal action ...1 never ever said where he was from 2 I never received any thing in the mail.3 just made a complaint with the FTC because trying to scare someone over the phone is ILLegal
And if you are sooooo  correct about said debt why are you calling from a private number?.  Never ever accept any thing a debt collector says till you have 100% proof  and look up your state laws you are protected the associate from the FTC said give them nothing till they give you proof if they won't it is a scam they know the laws and you should too.

They are a collection agency.
