A woman named Christy Taylor and a man named Davis Jones called my phone 5 times yesterday claiming I got a 300 dollar loan back in January from United Cash Advance. Said they would take legal action and have me arrested. I told them I never had any online payday loans and my bank statements would prove as much. No loan deposits in my acct. He told me that would not prove anything. I politely told him to start legal proceedings. . SCAM!!!!Their number 18552621264. They want you to agree for them to electronically take money out of your accts that they have info on already. Call life lock also report this to credit bureau

Thy call me all the time claims his name is Ricky smith he can't even pronounce my name says if me or my attorney does not call him back my papers r being filed and I m n big trouble has my Ssn and my phone he also calls from 18552621264 as of 2day he says I m n a mess says he is from afidi or something like that

I keep getting calls from this number harrasing me at work The us allow these foriengers to come in and give them more loans and assistance than US citizens and they have the nerves to try and scam off pay day loans that people have gotten on line. They need to be stopped. You can not go to jail for a pay day loan and it is against the law for them to continue to call. I would report them to the police. They need to stop. We are already giving them more than they deserve. Please do not fall for this scam. I called back and they said I am going to jail and I am involved in a legal matter. Tehy are just trying to get you to pay money to keep you from going to court or jail. If you are going to go to jail I don't think they are going to call you first, think about it.

They called me and 4 times and my employer 4 times being an a55. When I answered they said they were us cash advance and told me I had legal action for a payday loan 2 years ago I did online and  he threatned legal action. (even though I use paid day advance loans 2011 I know I couldn't get them because I had no income  and I don't think  i had a bank account! )He actually said the local police are coming tomorow to get me because you have a warrant for your arrest and he said see you at court tomorrow. Today was friday so that threw up a red flag. He also couldn't tell me the website because they have 2000 of them. I asked him how do I know that your real if you can't tell me the website he quickly said see you at court and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to him again (calls himself derrick jones,) and told them don't call me because it is illegal you call me more than once a day to collect a debt, he hung up. I called back they put me on hold I asked them something else and I overheard to people arguing in a foriegn langage like they desparately was looking for a lie to tell me then they hung up. It sounded like a group of them were scaming from a middle eastern living room. I called again and asked what is your address he said 4 florida then hung up.

Also file report with federal trade commission FTC.  Place a fraud alert on your credit report. It stays for 90 days. Only need to file with one bureau they notify other 2.

I contacted my local police, bank, and FBI. The FBI agent told me to also file a report online at IC3.gov they are under investigation with the FBI from several complaints. They have my social, address, checking account number, email address, and of course phone number. I told "kevin" I knew this was a scam. He says yes it is a scam I want to f*%# you. They call from several numbers around the united states.don't fall for their threats.

These people have been calling me, harassing me saying that they was sending the police to pick me up within 4 hrs. I've never had an online cash advance. I ask him what did I owe and what bank did they supposly sent the money to he said wachovia. I told him that's a lie because I don't even have an account at wachovia and then he said it was put on a green dot card, trying to explain what a green dot card is. I told him sir I know you're lying because I don't and never did owned one them either so he starting yelling at me on the phone so I told him do whatever you say u go do. He yelled again and hung up the phone.

They are calling me at least 5 times a day - telling i am a going to be sued, calls are very nasty - sayng my safety is out of their control, harm will come to me - all middle easterners.  my concern is they do have my social and they keep saying they are going to contact my payroll and have me "fired".  I have recorded them and told them that but they don't care.  what should i do to make them stop....

I reported to FBI, which already has case against this phone #.  No worries, just middle eastern a**holes.

I have recieved a call from this number many of times, 6 calls in one day, they are saying there is a legal suit against me, cannot tell me a case number or anything, just wants my information.

I received several calls from this number and several others that they are hacking into one of them being my local police axillary police department as well. These people are very threatening asking where I am at and to give them the address to my work.. They also told me that they would cause me to loose my job if I did not listen to them. Does anyone know how we can stop these threatening calls? How do they have all of this information on us?

They are repeatedly calling my work for an employee that is here. Derrick Jones literally called 7 times within 2 hours. After getting smart with me I asked to speak to someone above him he quickly hung up. Scam or not this is ridiculous. They are calling a business phone for a trucking company that HAS to have its phone lines for business purposes.

I received 2 calls back to back on Tuesday, from Kevin Smith. He left messages saying, "Good morning (my full name), this investigating officer Kevin Smith, I'm calling from the legal department," and that there are legal allegations on my name and social security number; I or attorney my attorney need to call back or the matter will be out of their hands and mine, ( By the way the guy sounded middle eastern). So I called the number back today and the same guy who left me messages answers the phone and says his name is Donald. I ask where I'm calling, he says "pay loan" place. I give him my name and he says I took a loan out for $10,000 and I'm going to be sued. I tell him I never took out a loan. He said I did, online through email, then hung up in my face. He never confirmed my address or social security number, so don't know what they have, other than my name and phone number.

Just got a call from this number about a loan i took out for 200, they couldn't tell me what online site i got the money from, only that the company sent my case to them for collection. The man was rude and kept yelling that i had 24hours or the case would go to the court for legal action. had all my information and all. my social, my job, my address but they slipped up because they had the wrong email and they called my house number and i dont give that to anyone at all. only reason i have a house phone is because i work from home so the only place that has that number, with my permission, is my job. Big scam!!! i was worried for a split second then i came down to reality.

I wouldn't worry about these guys. One of them just cursed me out so you know it's not a legitamate company. I called them back and laughed at them. Freakin ridiculous!

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

They called me and said i was being sued for 5,000.00 dollars or two years of jail.  I told them this sounded like a scam and I was going to to contact the police, the middle eastern man named "Kenny" then called me a smart a** and hung up on me.  I called back only to have them curse me out, this is a scam, but I am just concerned they may have some information on me.   Still a little worried.

They tried to scam me too. They said I took out an internet loan and never paid I....a***oles!

Called to let me know I was a criminal. Called back twice to tell me that. Also stated that I was contacting my employer to let them know. He said he had their number right in front of him. Told him that would be difficult since I do not have an employer. From either India or Pakistan. Spoke to serveral people up the so call chain, all had accents that would state all from Middle East.

Just got a call from this company said his name was Kevin Smith and when my wife told them I was not here they told me the local authorities were coming for me. Looked up there company name and it took me directly to FBI fraud scams so they are definitely scams..When my wife got upset with them they just hung up

These people are nothing but SCAM ARTISTS. Told me that if I did not cooperate that I would be arrested within 24 hours. All this on a loan that I NEVER got online. This company's name is BCI (Bureau of Common Investigations.) To say the least I told them to go to ____.

Same thing just happened to me. They hacked into my direct phone number at work and also called from another phone number that is a local axillary police department in my area.  They were very threatening and said they would call my job and report fraud against me.
