No - debt is civil, not criminal, so even if your husband DID owe them something, there would be no charges.  It's a violation of federal law to threaten with arrest, charges, etc.  ALWAYS demand that any caller MAIL proof that the debt they are trying to collect is your husband's debt, and that they have the legal right to collect said debt.  If a caller refuses to mail this proof of debt, it is a violation of the FDCPA and they are owed nothing.  However, since your husband filed bankruptcy, that debt should have already been taken care of.  

Report the callers to the FTC, the FBI, the Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General.  Let the callers know that you're recording every call they make to you for your own lawsuit against them, for multiple violations of the FDCPA (and do record them if possible).

Has anyone ever been picked up from these people calling them?  My husband just started receiving the same calls and He filed bankruptcy.  ANd this Loan he is talking about was discharged.

This is a SCAM to collect money.  Phone number 855-326-5709 the persons name is Steven Morris and he threaten to serve me at work.

Demand the name of their company along with a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to mail a cease communication letter. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you.

First call from this number phoned my work and spoke with my boss.  Told my boss I needed to call this phone number because they needed to serve legal papers to me at my home or my work.  When I phoned the company, the representative told me that they had no idea who would have called me at work and that their office would not have authorized this.  I informed them that I considered it harrassment and that in the State of Texas Attorney's General Office, soliciters or debt collectors could not contact me at work.  Now I have received another phone call at work threatening me that they were going to serve me again at work or at home and that I needed to call the 855-326-5709 to talk with someone regarding this issue.  I told him he did not have a right to contact me at work.  He then phoned back and spoke with my manager, telling her that I needed to contact that office and that I was going to be served at work or at home.  They are violating my "Right to Privacy Act" and I don't appreciate it at all.

Someone from this number called my sons cell phone and threatened to serve papers at my work. Thru research I tracked the number down to be a scam from The Gold Group from Buffalo, NY. Have no idea what this is.
