I would like this caller to be told to leave me alone. Maybe the shoiuld get a JOB.

remove them from calling, today i answered and they actually said boga baga bug..?? who knows then they hung up. why cant cell phones block certain numbers??

Repeated calls all day long.  No message left and no one there if you pick up the phone.  Diabeticcare.com insists they are not connected to them.  How do I get them to remove my number.

called, I did not recognize number. I did not answer.  I was correct to think it was a spam caller.

These people are relentless.  I have told them over the course of a year that there is no Arthur here and they have the wrong numbet.  I have called them back several times to complain.  When I call, I am very polite.  Sometimes they hang up on me and other times they promise not to call again.  They take my phone number down and promise to never call again.  What a bunch of liars.  I have put my phone number on the national do not call list and they still call.

I called 1-855-328-2317 and got a message with options. Option 2 says to have them remove your number from their list, I hit the Option 2 and the recorded voice said that I was now taken off their list.
I did this today. today is 1/26/2012. Let's see if they really remove me from their subscribers list

5 calls in one hour. Unbelievable. Diabetic Care asking for a relative. If you call back, the automated system ignores your inputs to get off of their list. We're on the do not call list as well, but I'm sure its because they probably signed up for some list accidentally that overrides the DNC list. If you do anything online, make sure you aren't leaving the "please contact me with special offers" box checked on anything you're signing up for.

Someone from this number called my 88 year old Dad last Tuesday, luckily I was home at the time.  I heard him tell the caller his birthdate, Dr.'s name, and answering "yes" to a number of questions, when he finally said, "just a minute, it's in my wallet....." I asked him who he was talking to, and Dad said, I have no idea.  I asked him to let me talk to the caller.  The guy got really ugly with me when I started asking the questions!  He said, "look lady, you don't call the shots around here..." and I assured him that I did, and hung up the phone.  He wanted Dad's medicare number, to "verify" that he was the person in the caller's file...I said he had enough information - and Dad's meter was just fine.  I asked for the number to call him back and he said there wasn't one.  I did find it on my caller id, so I just went on their website and told them this wasn't a good way to conduct their business.

Let's start the new year with this number. I have been getting calls from them for the last several months. This number was the same people, but new number for me. I have told them every time they call to remove my number from their call list. It seems they remove it from an individual call list and hand it to a different operator. It is getting ridiculous.

These people keep calling me, U.S.A. Diabetic.  They say my meter has expired and I need a new one.  I NEVER got a meter from them.  I get my meter from my pharmacist - for free!  How would they know if it expired.  They are very rude.

The person at this phone # has called me about 6 times a day and this area code (855) is toll free for the caller but the received number is charged with a long distance call.

Very annoying getting multiple calls daily from these people. They leave no message.

they call and are nasty to me.. want to send me a meter and when i tell them to remove my number from there list, they hang up so as not to be told. They also try to talk you out of taking your number off the list by not letting you finish talking and call back with different person talking to you. Can't understand them for the most part. please make them stop! What do I do?

I keep getting the calls too.  I don't answer.  A day doesn't go by that I don't get obe or more calls from companies offering me a free meter.  I would really like to know where they are getting the information that marks me as a diabetic.  (I am one, but this should be confidential.)  Any ideas?

The only companies that know I'm diabetic are  Bayer, Diabetic Express, my insurer and maybe One-Touch.  I can't imagine any pf them kletting this information out.

I get calls everyday I have already told them I do not want any diabetic meters.  How do i stop these annoying calls?

I answered all calls, there were no responses, they hung up.  Enough is enough.  These imbeciles should get a real job that is something a monkey could do.

One of my patients has been receiving phone calls 4 times a day from this diabeticcare company.  They are telling them that their monitor's warranty has expired and they can get a new one every 3 months.  This is not the case as Medicare and HMO's only pay for a monitor every 5 years, and monitor's usually have a 5 year warranty.  Do not give them any information!  Most likely they will stop calling after a while, then start up again a few months later hoping that an elderly person may slip up and give them personal information.  Do not answer the phone call and report the number on the Do Not Call Registry website.

In my case, the number belongs to debt collector. But the person they are calling is not me and it is an office phone. After explaining to them, they just kept on calling. Aparently they don't care.

No messages, calls three or four times a day.

This company calls me at least 4 times a day even though they have been told I am on the NO CALL LIST with the Federal Government but they continue it. I am an elderly man recovering from major heart surgery and do not need this harassment.

Been calling forever... I answered today and it was some guy trying to get info. I told him to **** off and he started to flip out on me... wow...

They called 4 times within 6 hours. No message . They hang up after 2  or 3 rings.  It's so annoying.

We get repeated calls from this number.  I do not answer the phone unless I know who the caller is.  They must leave a valid message for me to pick up.

I have been receiving calls from this number. Don't know who it is, but looking at Gloria's message, I did get a call about a diabetic meter several months ago, and they wanted me to give them my medicare number.  I didn't.

They call at all times and I don't answer the phone.  Today I did answer to tell them not to call again.
The wanted to give me a free diabetic meter but wanted to know my medicare number and they couldn't send me the meter if I didn't give it to them.  I told him then I didn't want a meter and hung up.  The man kept saying "sir"  so obviously he didn't know Gloria was not a man.  I had a hard time understanding him.
