My number is a little different, I have 877-237-0512, but it is the same couple that has been harassing me for months. Threatening me with arrest, loosing my license, acting as process servers, DA, many other things. Today Allen Davis called me with a hole new story. Acting as Southern District PCP Law. Wanting info about how I was treated by the "Collection Agency". I didn't answer the phone so he called my sister. I have never received papers for any thing, only threats. They told me the same as others, that a court clerk would be at my house to serve me and I better talk to them now. Very snarky black lady, is who I normally dealt with. Today when I called back she was the same, I would give her my name only asked to talk to Allen Davis, she got mad and said OHH LORDY SOME PEOPLE, and hung up on me. They are trying so hard to make it look like a different company. They are the same. The can file a civil small claim against you, but cannot have you arrested at least in my state. They cannot take your license. I have never been called in advance of being served papers.

First they called my brother and my father looking for the owner of my car. I called them back and they said that I needed to pay a large amount of money but could set up a payment plan. They are talking about pay day loans and going to court for them. They mentioned my car as an asset and that it would be in danger of being taken to repay the debt.
I think this is a scam but the people that spoke to me are American. Usually these calls are from people with middle eastern accents so I am sort of confused. Any help?

got a call from a MRS FRYE saying they were sending me documents to sign or a warrent would be issued in 10 day thye say it is reguarding a online loan i received she said she would send me an email asap and i had to call her back the next day (today) to get it and it apears to be something that was typed us and emailed to me and says at the top read only cant print email came from a tj williams of southern district check processing center inc ...........anyone else hear of this i really dont wanna set up a payment plan and lose out on money....help......

Yeah right LOL. You can always tell when this site makes it tough for these crooks to extort money on the phone, that's when they come here with such transparently bogus crap. Well we can see why you can't get a real job and have to SCAM for a living. Sad.

I don't know what the difference is from state state, but I live in florida and I can definitely tell you that this company is not an average collections agency. I got the same call from the same Mr. Curtis, and I told him to send me to court because I read this post. Low and behold, about a week and a half later, I recieved a court summons. I thought it was bogus, and later on (more than a week, but no more than a month) got pulled over and the officer arrested me because i had an outstanding warrant to appear in court. The next morning, when i went to see the judge, she told me it was pertaining to a lawsuit, and rescheduled my court date for 9/14/2012. What should I do?????

I received a call yesterday from John Curtis and when he asked for me under my previous last name I told him he had the wrong number. Today he called and left a message that I have provided false information and that doesn't look good for me. A very long time ago I received a call from a lady with the message that I would be issued a warrant between 11-5. I have never had a warrant issued and she never called back once the deadline passed. I believe they are trying to collect for something that is WAY past the statute of limitations in TX. We have checked our county and city records for a case pending and there is nothing. These people are using intimidation and if I really wanted to I could probably sue them.

Just got a call today concerning a wanita walker. I have no idea who that is? I called back and told her (Mrs. Green) she had the wrong number. Said she would remove my number from the case. Really weird!

I keep getting threating phone calls on my jobs phone.

They keep calling my job.

Has anyone contacted these people?  They are calling my friends and work, but not me!  We have NO debts after filing bankruptcy 3 years ago.  I am trying to find an address to send a certified letter.  Thanks...

There are reports of various kinds of extortion scams all over the country. After trying to scare you with a lawsuit, arrest, whatever, they will want you to pay them $X over the phone to avoid being sued, arrested, whatever. I suggest you not call back. However, if you have debt, especially older debt, it may be an abusive third-party debt collector trying to get you to pay up. Best of luck.

Keep getting these calls also thou they don't say what it is in regards to just about "filing against me" and have some legal documents to discuss. They don't refer to themselves as a debt collector. Should I call them????

Just got a call from this number, telling me they were coming to my house in the next 30 mins to give me my summons, then she said they were coming to my work. Said I needed to forms of ID and a witness. wth. She asked if I was aware of this summons needing to be given to me, I asked what are you talking about, thats when she gave me some number to call, and when I called I got some automated thing giving me options to choose from. They were asking me odd questions..I have no clue who they are and what the heck they wanted but I think its some sort of scam to get personal information from people? I dont know, but seemed like BS to me.

Yeah, these clowns have called my house a couple of times looking for Roderick.  I have no idea who they are, or who the hell Roderick is.  I tried to call them back to give them hell, but they didn't answer.  I reported them to the FTC and the State Attorney General.

Ben, I feel this person who replied to you is totally fraudulent, just like this company, Discount Advances. I just had it out with them since I received a call about warrant and coming to my house with 2 forms of ID and an 18 year old or older witness. I looked into this so-called account issue where I was committing fraud against this Discount Advances, which is controlled by iGotit.com inc. company, which is a fake, shell company, do NOT get scammed by these people. So, I called discount advances, they don't give loans to persons in my zip code, so I used one from Washington D.C. I got to finally talk to a person and it was hilarious! I asked where they were based, she replied online only.

OK well iGotIt.com inc. should have an address of some sort? She said Kentucky. Well, its sure the heck not in Kentucky. Next I asked what the legal departments email or direct line was, she replied with I can transfer you please hold. Music for 10 seconds then someone picked up, put the music back on and then I got the automated voice that I heard from the "Legal group's" phone that told me I would have a warrant issued, and it said.... We are currently experiencing technical issues with our phone system, please try again at a later time. And this just looped in replay, didn't even disconnect the call. Which any non-fraud group would do.

The Legal Career Services (also BS name) that initiated all of this said they had every piece of my information on this matter of an unpaid cash advance. Except for the 2 main questions I had. First, was who issued this money, because I have never taken an advance from Discount Advance, they gave me the run around and finally a separate person I talked to, which I am just saying were all black women, gave me 3 letters DFM. Well, I searched all of that, nothing for DFM payday loans, cash advances and so on. Second question, What was the name of the bank that the account didn't have the sufficient funds? I only have one and if they had every other piece of information on this SERIOUS case, they would have that bank name. NOPE! It was all BS and a pain in the rear. But that is fine because now, that I posted this, people who they try and commit fraud against can see that I have done all the work. Their scam was a very annoying and poorly put together one. I mean do people really feel threatened after they read about what I found? GRS Management was also mentioned at some point and I was contacted by Mr. and Mrs. Carter as well as Mr. Davis, which surprisingly was the same voice as Mr. Carter. Hmmm.... Interesting. Please don't let yourself be scammed by these a-holes. If you receive any documentation from your local court on any legal matter, then and only then, you will know it is legit. Which they make you sign the certified as received by signing for it. Don't let people come to your home! Safety people. If they say they have you SSN, which they would only give me my last 4, lol, which anyone could know, asked them to read you the entire SSN. They will not have it.

Same person called me!! Some Investigator Thomas (female) with International Courier Services stating she had to have a courier meet me from 12-6 on the 27th of this month (today), then left a number 855-330-1512. Stated she had papers for me, even called my Dad in Staten Island (I'm in FL) to be my witness for signature of said documents.. I haven't called back but I did contact my loacl clerk of courts to inquire about any pending cases against me and they state nothing has been filed against me... Has anyone had a response back from this people or any future dealings other than the phone calls? I wanted to know if this is bogus or should I take it seriously??

Yes, I received the same message today.  Very vague with no info beside for I need to be home or at work to be served with some unknown papers.  I called them back to only receive even less info.  The representatives I spoke with were unprofessional and rude towards the end of the conversation.  Oh lets not forget that I will have to appear in court for this matter.

I received a call from  Investigator Jones. He has some leal documents for me. He can meet at work or at home from the hours of 11am-5pm and to have two forms off I.D. and someone with me who is over 18. He was from the Legal Courier Services. And to call 1-855-330-1512 if I was unaware of this.

Received a call from 855-330-1515, voice message, I think they said MRS, they called regarding a cousin whom I've not seen in over 30 years. They wanted to inform me of a decision regarding my cousin which involves me. I called back and left a voice message for them. It is Sunday and I will call them tomorrow.
