I as many of you received multiple calls from this number. They even called my brother who loves to engage people like this and gave them an ear full. They are very brazen and will call utilizing different numbers from different parts of the country all with the same scheme. They even resorted to calling my employer threatening to serve me at work if I did not respond to them within two hours. The person that called said his name was DAVID JONES, International Process Server (Uggggg). Look it up and it is another part of the scam scum. They have literally called me about 50 times (since mid February) using about 20 different numbers. Each time they call the story varies why they are calling but it has SCAM all over it.

**** BEWARE SCAM ****____ A woman called at MIDNIGHT to my home. I didn't answer. She left a msg. She didn't say what company she was calling for. She said in a very stern, business-like tone, deep womans voice that she was 'Jessica Winters'. She was calling for a Unknown Lady who I don't know, & I've never heard of. She gave the 855-339-9698 ext 302 return number & said if Unknown Lady didn't reply that they would take it that 'Unknown Lady' would be forced to give up her rights. 'Unknown Lady' should call her back or contact their lawyers. And then she gave a case #60189***

Ya see,  shill,  Validation is not a question as to whether or not you owe the debt.......Hell, you know that whether you owe or not.  It is to validate and verify that your caller has enough Balls and documentation to legally collect in court.   If you don't have what it takes,   you don't get paid.........SHILL....

They called me today about a payday loan I took out in 2008. I know I took it out but I'm too irresponsible to pay my debts so I figured I'd get on here and cry about it.

so i wake up this morning to being served with a citation its from consumer credit consultants from a past due  capital one account , i dont want to go to court what should i do. i thought this was some type of scam til now the sherif dept is involved should i get an attorney

Company left msg at my MIL's home for my husband.  I called the person, Ms. Bryant back who was very rude and said she won't speak to me as I'm a third party. I told her I googled the number and it sounds as if company is a "collection agency".  Asked her to identify her company's line of business and to indicate what they are calling my husband for.  She repeatedly stated "a civil (she pronounced it SILVER) matter".  My husband then called back and she indicated that they were calling about charges owed from 2009 for a card he didn't have back then.  She was very rude to him and said "well good luck in court with that".  Don't trust the call and will wait and see whether there is anything that will be coming in the mail.  He doesn't owe anyone money so this sounds like a total scam.

I got the same call today. A loan from 2010 from a company I have never heard of. I don't owe these people anything and when I told them to send me the proof they just got irrate. I will not pay for anything and I will report them to all authorities.  I will record their next call.   Unfortunately the only thing you can do with these bottom dwellers is report them and don't allow them to scare you into paying anything of giving them any personal information.  They need to get a real job.

I got a call tonight from this number and when I called back the recording says they are consumer credit consultants.  I have searched for these people online and can't find any thing that resembles what they say they are.  I have gotten 4 different calls in the last 3 days from different numbers all for the same thing.  Saying I owe for a payday loan from 2008 and sometimes from 2010.  They have my social security number and an old address, that I was not living at on either of those years.  They also ask about a job that I wasn't working at on those dates always aug 25 either 2008 or 2010.  The kicker for me is they say they have "verified" that the bank account this was supposedly sent to.  Well, I didn't even have that account at either date.  I am not going to pay for the scam but I need to get them to stop.  I guess I can't they won't give an address they will only give me an email address and get highly upset when I say they can't scare me into paying their false debts.  UGH HOW DO I STOP THESE?? any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated.  I keep denying it's mine and telling them to go ahead and sue me cause I have proof it isn't mine but they still keep calling and harassing me.

These ppl are calling regarding a payday loan in Feb 2005 from an 1st American Cash Advance which I have never heard about ask them for info they said they did not know.  Gave me 72 hours to argue the issue.

Sounds like a similar message I have received but from other numbers that were listed on this site as spam.  Is this number legit?
