The same with me. They claimed North Jersey Health Assoc, but then they claimed they were SBI, a billing co in Tinley Park Ill. I can't find any listing for such a company. They wouldn't give me information, such as an account number, or who they were collecting for, but they did try to ask a lot of questions about me.

Received a call for the same. Had to look up who they were. They are going to send us to collection yet we never even went there. And they called the office phone #. Very strange. Feels like a scam.

This Phone number is always wait for next operator or all circuits are busy, Looks like all they do is send you bill and then send it to collection, Nobody is there to take correct insurance info even. Is ther anyone responsible for them?

Yeah, this is North Jersey Primary Care Associates. They have a habit of taking 10 days to post a payment you have made, and then in the meantime making robo-call collection calls, which is what happened to me, twice. Operators at company are polite, though, if unapologetic. But each time did look up my payments and said I was fine. The latest call came (it turned out) 2 days after they had posted a payment I had made 14 days previously. So their records showed that they had posted my payment, but made the collection call anyway! Sheesh . . . . .

This is the billing office for a group of doctors at Hackensack Hospital. They don't seem to be very efficient but not a scam.

Yes, North Jersey Primary Care Associates. Despite them making a photocopy of our medical health insurance card, they left out a number when submitting the bill. Which is why our provider wouldn't cover the bill, which is why they are calling us, sigh...

This call is from North Jersey Primary Care Associates saying that I have a large unpaid balance due. But in fact, I don't even know what this North Jersey Primary Care Associates does, nor have I ever done business with them. I'm inclined to believe that this is fraud.

This is from North Jersey Primary Care Associates looking for payment on my account, and threatening to send to collection, despite my having made monthly payments over the past six months! I just let the calls go to voice mail now.
