They wont leave message because they cant record it

By accident, I picked up the phone call from this number and had a conversation directly with them.  At first, she asked me correctly about my last name.  I said "Yes, I am".  Then, she required me to verify my last 4 digits SSN and my year of birthday. I asked her back "Who is calling me?", "Where's the phone call from?", and "For what...?".   She told me her company is United Recovery Systems, and need to verify to see that I am the right person before she provide me the purpose and information that she is calling me.
When I told her my last 4 digits SSN and my year of birthday, she said I am not the right person(!?!?).
I asked her to repeat the full name of the person she wanted to talk.  The last name is correctly mine, but the first name is different.  I said no one in my family has that first name.  I also asked her for more information about her company and the purpose of calling.  She refused to provide me any information that I want to know, just told me that she is collection agency, and that's OK if I am not the one she wanted to talk.   I said it's OK for you, but not for me because you asked me about my personal information and now you refuse to answer my questions.   I told her "The full name of the person you are calling should be stated clearly before you ask about one's personal information".  
She apologized me and hang up quickly before I could complain anything else. I feel very uncomfortable now.

Random call.

This company has called me 5 times.    I don't have any bad debts either.   Initially they told me I had a problem with an AMX card, and I knew that was not true.    This has to be a phishing scam.

Getting calls 2 times a day. Automated. I answer and I hear part of a recording and then it hangs up.

Called before 9 am!!! and I did not answer.  It is a debt collector, and I have no past due bills.

Rude calling early mornings and late evenings! collections agency lot of businesses use them. American express is one of that do. Rude and to personal! Tell them to give you a second and advice them that you will be recording the conversation as well. Then turn your answering machine on to do so ,advising them this is being recorded for your records as well.90% of the time they decide not to speak to you any longer and hang up on you! This is very ignoring have two ten months old living in the household.....

keep calling and asking for someone.
