I had the same number called me this morning saying something is wrong on my bank saying that it might be a fraud. Turns out they are the fraud and scams!

I also received calls from this company saying I owe a defaulted payday loan to Money Mart; resulting in Fraud & Breach of Contract charges. Since I did indeed make a loan with them a long time ago, and was having issues with my bank at the time, I let them scare me into making a payment on the amount due. Now I talked to them a few times before I finally made that payment; I told them I was out of work and had only my child's SSI income at the moment, therefore I only get money once a month: after finalizing the payment they start refering to future automatic payments! This was not mentioned until AFTER I gave them the card info for the ONE TIME payment. I spoke to what was supposed to be his supervisor and was told that they would call the day before with a "Payment Reminder" and as long as I told them NOT to proccess the pymt. at that time they would/could not do so. Well, they called yesterday and I told them that I don't receive any income until the 1st of the month, just as I had stated previosly to them and I was told by James to "Extend" myself as much as needed to get this payment by 9/28/12, if not they would resume "Locating Efforts" and I would be arrested and brought to court on the above mentioned charges. After reading these comments regarding others being contacted by this company, I think I will call local law enforcement to see if there are indeed outstanding charges against me before dealing with them anymore. I am glad I decided to "Google" this number/company, your experiences have convinced me that this company is probably not legitimate!

they did the same thing to me and made me cry and they said they cannot give ne their address due to the bature of thier business and they do not have a website and also accused me of staling the were very abusive and i am not going to put up with that but dont know how to contact them if they have no address supposedly and i said every legit company has a mailing address and they said they do not

i had the same problem and the rep argues with me and stated they do not make outgoing calls in the meantime three of my relatives had threatening voice mails on their phones and they also said it was a locator service calling not them, he then continued to argue with me and said he supports hs family he doesnt steal like i did and said i took money and didnt pay back i stated that was illegal practices and they insisted it was nt they also told me they did not have an address due to the nature of their business i dont know what to do but am very upset

I just received a call from a guy named "Hunter Williams" saying he was calling to notify me that there were charges filed against me. I asked him what he was talking about because I didn't know anything about charges being brought against me. His response, "You're honestly telling me you have no idea what this is about?" (in the most sarcastic tone). I told him 'No' and he said I needed to call 855-371-8515...which turned out to be Metro and they were calling in reference to a payday loan that I never had. I told the lady there that I was not about to make arrangements for a loan that doesn't belong to me. Shortly after that, "Hunter" called my employer saying he was going to have me served unless I called 855-371-8515. This is crazy and they've gone TOO far. Has anyone had any luck locating them? I'd like to have our family attorney send them a letter.

I also got a phone call from someone who told me there are charges filed against me. Told me his name was Josh Wright from Metro. First - when he called, it was on my cell phone and the display said "blocked". Second, when I asked his phone number, he said 855-371-8515. He was very threatening and I told him his tactic was not working.I would take no direction from someone with a blocked phone number. I had no clue why charges would be filed against me. When I started asking questions, he hung up. I have never done a pay day loan which seems to be a pattern in some of these other complaints, but "Josh" did not tell me what it was for anyway.

Whatever collector or company has hired him, needs to know that he is not being effective and should be paying him by results only. Maybe he would loosen up.

855 371 8515 called my family and told them that I had federal charges against me. Needless to say, my family is worried about me now!!!! They gave them a case number and everything. Who can I report this to?

"Amy Taylor" called and left a voicemail on my phone with this number, which she said was the firm who has my claim...said I needed to call back ASAP with my home and work addresses so that they can send me a package...and ended the call with "this means you HAVE been notified, ma'am."

The same thing happen to me, accept the lady was named Mckenelle Williams(or something like that)saying that they had my address and will call me until I contact them but then said this is my final notification. The same thing happen to me a couple of months ago accept they where using a local number to call me. He said the same thing about having my address and coming to serve my claim and charges have been filed against me. Weird. Anyway I never called back. I think if you took out any pay day loans, they found your information online. I will never take out a payday loan again. Just another scare tactic but its getting pretty tacky. Seriously, can you really get arrested for not paying a debt?

This number also called and left a message stating that they have a "claim against me and charges against me", they also called a family member stating the same thing... they can keep calling for all i care! If I owe anything the company should have my address on file and can send me the bill. This has to be a scam, otherwise, they would prove with documentation these alleged charges and claims. Don't fall for this scam.

They left a very threatening message on my home voice mail for a person who doesn't even live there.  Same threat as previous caller.  What a shame that people stoop that low and leave that type of message.  I'm saving it and will report it if necessary!

This number called me today and stated they had a claim filed against me. I called the number back and spoke to a lady that said her name was christeen but wouldnot stated her last name . She stated that I owed $300 from Money mart and if I did not pay it today then they would arrest me in simple terms and they would file charges against me. All the information they had was a previuse adress and my name and new phone number. I told her that I was not going to pay them and they can take it to court. Then she stated that she would contact me in a month when they file against me. Legally the person or company calling me would have to state thier name by law.When I called this number back the company name is sopposebly Metro.

This number is calling threatening to "come pick me up"... they call immediately demanding my address and will not tell me what company they are with.
